You need to give more details, how do you know they are Fulani ? It could be anybody in disguise.

I just search that artiste music, it is raining but I didn't know who sang it. I can confirm the Fulani are enjoying 'correct jamming'. Press that down with famented kuku. Hard luck. Hopefully, they get more careless and get caught.
