Still SHALL and WILL statements 9 months post inauguration. Still talking about setting up committees? There is need to wake up. Time is running out. Create action plan to bring more lands under cultivation in safer parts of the country while the fight against bandits continues Create action plan to exploit the marine resources of Niger Delta. Create action plan to generate more employment opportunities. Roll out incentive packages to encourage existing enterprises and engender start-ups. Create action plan to boost non-oil exports. Why has Dele Alake gone quiet all of a sudden with sold minerals exploration? There is no other short cut. No f**king short cut 14 Likes 3 Shares |

Hehehe. Even though am not Tinubu's fan,but I totally support him on this one. These glutinous governors should at list do something tangible for once. They keep on receiving allocations and security vote but do nothing with it. 25 Likes 10 Shares |

How? ...... They should stop the audio policies and go into actions. Security, I think is the number one factor affecting the farmers at the moment. No one is safe at their farms again. For example, we have hectares upon hectares of farmland at Ijebu-East Local Govt for a massive farming projects. But for months now, kidnappers had been making those areas unbearable for farmers even locals in the towns. Many farmers had abandoned their farms. Personally, I'm to invest into cassava & plantain farming starting from this year, at least about 20 acres of land for each of the crops, but alas, no one is ready for the employment. I was told that if one of the workers is kidnapped, am I ready to foot the bill for the ransom? This and so many is discouraging many people to farm, especially investors that wanted to follow us too. So, the FG should look critically into the direction of security, if possible to allow the local vigilante take the security of their wards into their hands. Security first before other things will follow. 11 Likes |

Such a pity! They just keep tossing us back n forth as if he& d governors aren't aware of the insecurity in d land. Whereas, the governors have been instructed to protect the herdsmen, they're now here to bamboozle us. Abegi jare. Time will kuku reach one day, remainder small. 3 Likes |

It's necessary for them to encourage local farmers because most chemicals, fertilizer and seedlings being shared by government don't get the the actual farmers. They should also tackle the issue of insecurity because people are afraid to go to their farm due to herdsmen n kidnappers. 4 Likes |

One of the reasons we have so much problems is because of how systematically the local government have been made to be so dysfunctional and redundant with State Governors spending monies lavishly over frivolous nonsense unaccounted for. 4 Likes |

All of us at MANNA second this .... Enemies of the nation, AKA children of hate, perdition and frustrations, Y'all should keep shouting Jagaban Upandan while your governors, local government chairmen, councilors continue looting your lives and the lives of your unborn kids right in front of you Truth is not bitter, just that people are bitter to the truth. Nuff said! legendgalas:Don't mind them. They have been blinded by Hatred and bitterness, So they can never listen to sane minded individuals like you. Even if a bench in their village market got broken, it is still Tinubu they will be shouting. Mofos dem. Thank God for people like you and us and other reasonable and sensible members here, We will keep telling them the truth, Because..... 5 Likes 4 Shares

Open the borders, you failure with oversize lips. How many many killers of farmers has your administration prosecuted? None The farmers kidnapped in the North, what did your administration do? See what they are doing in Niger state. Put 0% import duty on importation of food produced by farmers in Niger state and see prices crash. You said borders remain closed but your officials are complaining that food is being exported to other countries through the borders you ordered to be closed. 6 Likes 1 Share |

How? Our government is the most clueless in the world. When they want to give out agriculture loan, they'd share it with state governors. Its just like giving a cat some fried fish to share with others. We have bank of Agriculture where applicants can go and obtain loan with flexible interest rates and pay back. To make Nigeria a self-sufficient country in rice production is very easy. Engage an independent body to train youths on modern rice production, give them a certificate after training and visit the place where they want to cultivate rice, sell improved yields to them and give them modern farm implement at a flexible rent and monitor progress. In 3 years, there would be rice everywhere. We'd also be exporting. 6 Likes 2 Shares |
