izzou: The Nation overheard one of the ACTDA officials saying, “our Governor is behind what we are doing, if they like, let them report to Tinubu, nothing will happen.” https://www.nairaland.com/8001709/anambra-actda-destroys-nation-vanguard We can see soludo already in action. |

OasisX: Amotekun is not Police. You cannot go and report cases to them. Infact this is a different example entirely NW is not either. People who are not watching anything apart from riding bicycles in the day time and controlling traffic when LASTMA wan go chop or piss. Wait make dem put state police. Na that time we go beg Abacha and Buhari to come back |

izzou:We either want devolution of powers from the center or we don't. While I think other aspects of devolution should be coming before state policing, I think it won't be as bad as people make it seem. Some governors will get state policing right, and others won't, some will abuse it, and others will be fair in their use of the states police. 1 Like |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Unlimited22: 7:46pm On Feb 15 |
Theflint1:My well respected elder brother, even the thought of State Police in Nigeria should make you quake in your boots. Not a single governor will get it right in this present climate. The problem is not the idea. The problem is the systems we have in the country. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 7:50pm On Feb 15 |
Emaprince: unpopular opinion - i am actually for banning of sachet alcohol because imho commercial drivers are their main customers. would you comfortably enter a vehicle with a driver holding a bottle of chelsea gin? Theflint1: this nigeria where governors regularly jail bloggers? |
