@nasire your claims look fake and bogus. Looks like you tried to create a picture of a well established person and then also did 5 million naira credits to back up this your story.. very easy to pick that all of these were done to influence the visa decision. Because after crediting yourself 5million, your profit was only 9k naira… hmmm… I am unable to help when everything looks fictitious. Sorry please others would respond soon. 1 Like |

Princesslaw:Marketing manager earning 900k and with their exchange rate of 482 to 1 pound this is almost same as here earning over £1800 monthly. Good figure but your profile sounds sketchy and picked up by ECO. Someone in a low income country as yours earning this high figure would also have a lot going on in their life and with property and assets to show and possibly travel history. Looks like your profile is fake or you have provided insufficient evidence and proof to back up the huge financial picture you are trying to portray. Again this looks made up like the last poster. It is easy to spot this. If you are for real with this kind of finances, then they must be proved on paper and you won’t be refused again. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Good evening gurus in the house. I have 2.6m saved in my account for my salary and I wrote on the online application that I intend to use 1m towards my feeding and transport within the UK as I will be staying for 16 days, while my hubby who is my co sponsor will be supporting with £2500 paying for my accommodation and flight fare cos I am going for exams. My hubby stays in Uk but far from my exam place. So on my online form, I wrote 1m from me and £2500 from him. However after drawing the budget, I realized we may not be spending up to that amount. Feeding and transport would cost me about 320k (£176) while flight and accommodation will cost my hubby about £1,600. Will this affect my application since I already said we were contributing 1m and £2500 for the trip in the online form. Our bank statements can carry it comfortably and we are each employed so source of income is not a problem. I am just worried if it will be considered as a discrepancy in a negative light. Do I need to increase the figures in my budget so it can take up all the money we are intending for it. |

Vivianchi98: Don't worry about it. You will be fine as long as your account statements show that you can afford it. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 9:14pm On Feb 16 |
nasire: Sorry about the refusal. My thoughts: 1. Why is your employer sponsoring the trip? Is it an official trip? This story is not adding up.. 2. Your earnings are all over the place 3. Don't reapply. If you really have the money, visit another Country and then try again next year. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 9:18pm On Feb 16 |
Princesslaw: Sorry about the refusal. Your income is good on paper. But something is not adding up... Even the case worker could tell something is not adding up. Leave UK for now. Visit another Country so that you can have travel history. When you are ready to reappy to the UK, let us know. Right now, your chances are quite slim and I don't want you to waste money to reapply. |

Childofgrace18:what else can you suggest one upload as we really do not have a lot of pictures together |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Childofgrace18: 3:20am On Feb 17 |
AyodejiGREAT: Upload the pictures you have, both recent and pass pictures, your traditional or introduction pictures, your court or church marriage pictures, your chats with your wife, both Facebook and WhatsApp chats since you both don't stay together, but you people chat nah, bank transfer receipt you use to send money to your wife and the one your wife use to send money to u, it will show that u both support each other, your utility bills bearing your wife name and your name, tenancy agreement with your both names, booking tickets if you have it, just anything I can lay your hands on that shows you both are still together. You need to proof to them the genuiness of your union because this people na pure werey. Them no even send marriage certificate because it has no way to track the authenticity of it but still upload it too. Good luck my brother. |

Childofgrace18: Dear Gurus in the house, I have been trying to pay for my UK visiting visa for a time now, but my card keeps getting rejected. I am using Access Bank Visa-Signature card. I am perplexed, Those of you that paid for visa in the last 30 days, kindly point me to the right way. I cannot upload or go for biometrics when I could not even pay. Thank you all. |

GreenAcres: If that your card is not dollar card, you can't use it. The CBN changed this rules some years back. Before you can pay, look for someone that has dollar account to help you pay, then you send the money equivalent in naira to the person. Good luck. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Childofgrace18: 6:16am On Feb 17 |
Bmuhd4smile: You need to study UK visa rule very well, 5years visiting visa doesn't guarantee you staying for 5years oooo. It means the visa is valid for 5years and you must not stay in the UK for more than 6months or else you have a strong valid reason to do so, for example on health ground, education and others. For your questions, you don't need to say what u will do for 5years, even if you are spending 1month in the UK after the elapsing of our 6months visa, they will give you either 5 or 10years Visa. Just be genuine and truthful with your information because those guys are trained to detect lies. 1 Like |

giselle237: It must not be only court documents. I have a family friend who did theirs. The dependent had her first daughter with ex partner. They weren't married. The man just write consent letter that she's happy to let her daughter migrate with the mum & step dad. As far the dependent who's the father or mother of the child can proof with birth certificate, photos of the child from birth, attach monthly payments or tuition fees for the child, school fees receipt, child school results etc they will grant his application. |

Childofgrace18: Thank you very much. Do you suggest I send WhatsApp screenshot or export our chat? I can't retrieve our Facebook chat because she lost her account and our wedding is next weekend. I just have old pictures of us together and videos + the recent ones. Thank you very much |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Childofgrace18: 9:02am On Feb 17 |
AyodejiGREAT: If you have old pictures and new pictures of two of you together, that settles it. They just want to be sure that you people aren't doing arrangee marriage just to travel to the UK which they have many cases of marriage fraud. They don't need videos because their is no channel to upload videos, just screenshot your WhatsApp chats with your wife as many as possible, put them in a PDF format and put the screen shot of the chats too in a PDF format then u are good to go also put the pictures as many as you can both old and new in a PDF file too. But make sure u compress the files online so that it won't be more than 26mb. Good luck bro. |

Childofgrace18: Thank you sir. Now I understand. The account officer at Access Bank hoodwinked me out of ignorance, I believe, to subscribe to the Visa Signature Card, that it can be used. I will start looking for a dollar card holder. My regards |

Childofgrace18: Still on this sir! Have you heard about the Pay4me app? I came across it on Playstore. Please house, has anyone used it before without stories? The feedback on Playstore is mixed. I will continue to look for a friend with dollar card, but I am still keeping my eyes open |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Bmuhd4smile: 10:34am On Feb 17 |
Cashmadam: Thank you. I was denied in the first attempt... then was granted in second attempt. For this new application, will i still state my first denial even after i was later approved. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Childofgrace18: 10:35am On Feb 17 |
GreenAcres: Oga don't go waste your money ooooo. Look for someone with dollar card to help you pay. Make sure the person has paid before given the person the naira equivalent or else is someone u know too well. Because if the person pays and u fail to refund him, he can easily apply for refund and get his money back. 1 Like |
