Hand go soon touch d person.... But a circular isn't a private document.... That's why it's called a circular

People are not professional, all those people leaking official documents, are doing wrong doing but thinking they are exposing govt of the day.

Anyway, would I even blame them? When it's sons, daughters, siblings and concubines of people in govt that full all the offices, to make just one a scape goat become problematic.

Unfortunately, this will only amount to a fruitle effort because you can't actually stop civil servants from leaking sentive, classified or whatever information to the oppositions. All of them can't be loyal to this APC government. Some are PDP loyalists, some are LP, NNPP & others. Some are apolitical. What is this government even trying to hide sef?

Is there anything secret in the public domain? What should not be made public (how to tackle terrorism)is made public, what should be made public (expenditures) is what you tag sensitive.
Shame on the government that's trying to eradicate freedom of information

The warning circular not to leak sensitive circular still leaked.
With the advent of social media, it's quite hard to curtail.
Classified informations should be mail to necessary to the only persons meant to have access and not all this manual method.

It's is embarrassing that the government would have to release this memo, it shows zero work ethic and professionalism on the part of the civil servants.
But more shameful is the fact that Nigerians are happy about these leakages.
It's really shameful the kind of citizens we have today

Are you still gonna blame the government for this or the silly civil servants that's doing all they can to sabotage the government

The reason i don't have any pity for Nigerians abroad when they get treated terribly. We the citizens are doing more damages to the country than the government itself.

Leaking a circular that is not meant for the public is the height of stupidity and supposed to carry heavy weight punishment.

If you are waiting to be in the government before you'll know what's going on then you need to be checked.

A lot of people in government have once criticized the government terribly bad.

When you're caught leaking sensitive official info, you will carry your cross yourself.

They don't know the implications of leaking official documents.
It has got nothing to do with the government in power. No govt will condone it.

It's more about the lack of professional and ethic by our civil servants, other countries have social media, but you don't see government staff leaking sensitive documents.

Tomorrow this same Nigerians applauding the civil servants now will insult the government when information bordering on national security and fight against terrorism is leaked and soldiers end up getting ambushed.

Why won't it leak, when the people leaking it aren't well remunerated.

U can't imagine a level 12 officer earning 130k.

A director a earning less than 500k.

Level 13 officer not up to 150k

They shouldn't bother themselves.

PBAT was never the major choice of Nigerians including the civil servants.

Late Mallam Abba Kyari the Chief of Staff to President Muhammad Buhari was more discreet and private than this bunch of clowns and still had his memo's leaked. Infact, the Office of the Chief of Staff was located directly in front of the C-in-C s office during Buhari's regime and it was rumored that Mallam Kyari took files personally to the former president and they still got leaked.

This particular one also got leaked. Bunch of clowns.

However, leaking sensitive documents should have repercussions, but leaders should be exposed when they are trying to do the wrong things, question is, where do we find a balance?
