FG doesn't seem to understand the problem. There is no scarcity of food in Nigeria. The problem is that Naira has gained an inevitable low that has made exporting food to even Cameroun very attractive. Before neighboring countries try to smuggle food to Nigeria. Presently the reverse is the case. Farmers are no longer interested to sell in Nigeria but to sell outside. Keep the bother open there is no longer fear of food importation rather farmers are sending food out.
The grain you are about to release just as petrol would end up in neighbouring countries.

And their online warriors are still justifying naira floatation has a means to increase exportation so as to increase our fx like the western nations are interested in their stone rice.

Food is importanter. I recommend this. They should work on cement and other things as well.
Cement is very important. Almost 50% of Nigerian depends on construction site to survive, and most of them depends on daily labor to survive with little or nothing to save. Imagine what will happen if construction site stop working. Infact many site have already stopped working because of cement

That's commendable , may God take absolute control and ease our affairs.
Human Errors started our crisis, it will take also human effort to manage our resources.
If Tinubu and his gangs of politicians can take a step and donate 30% of their stolen money each Nigeria will move from stagnation.

Idiotic government.
For how long can this measure sustain the system?
All the approach I have seen so far is jsut window dressing and not addressing the core issue.
What incentive are they making available to encourage farmers? What are they doing about insecurity which is one of the reasons for food shortage.
What structure are they putting in place to help farmers process their crops.
Idiots in power.

This move only solve the problem at hand momentarily. Factually, there's an urgent need to ease down the cash crisis and look for sustainable ways to expand and revamp the economy towards a prosperous future.

Your knowledge of economy is upside down. Closure of border is part of what is causing the food crisis in Nigeria.
don't you think with the rise of foreign currency, farmers would prefer selling their food to neighboring countries?
