Hello everyone, I want to submit a visitors visa application but Iām concerned about previous refusals. My best friend invited me to Canada for her daughterās 1st birthday on the 30th of December 2023 which I missed and she re-invited me again to visit. In a previous application that was refused in 2022, I claimed to work at Company ABC but I never stated that I had two existing businesses? How do I change my story here without being inconsistent? Please not that, I still work at Company ABC and I also still run my two businesses. Thereās a salary account for Company ABC and thereās a personal account with remittances from my two businesses |

Guys please I need urgent response. I applied for Visit visa through an agent recommended by a friend already in Canada. Did biometrics in August 2023. I've not heard anything from both of them since then. They said it's IRCC that's causing the delay. I'm planning on making a new application myself study route tho. Will this be affected by the initial application? I don't know the outcome of the previous application |

In my own opinion, why didn't you include your two businesses in your first application? Perhaps, it would have boost your economy tie in your previous application if you had included them, aside your ABC company job. In order to avoid your inconsistency, If your two businesses are registered under CAC AFTER your denial, then you may go ahead and use them to further strengthen your economic tie. If they aren't registered till now, you may show invoices and receipts of the business transactions from AFTER your denial, i.e. if you would like to use them(the two businesses). Still maintain your ABC company job and don't forget to indicate your canada and us denial i.e. if you have had a US denial after your first application. Also avoid MISREPRESENTATION in your second application. Don't let anything be contradictory between your first and second application. If you indicated a-z in your first application, ensure you maintain filling the same a-z in your second application EXCEPT you have recent documents to back up any achievements you had after your denial. For instance, if you are single in your first application but now married (after your denial), before you can change your status on your application, you need to attach your marriage certificate and wedding pics as an authentic prove to effect the changes between your first and second application. This doesn't come with MISREPRESENTATION OR INCONSISTENCY. Finally, what was the reason for your refusal? Tackle it in your second application. Work STRONGLY on your ties- Family, financial and economic ties. Ensure you make the VO see your sure return. Shalom!!! msbaileyz: 1 Like |

Have you got any admission offer? If yes, please go ahead and submit your study visa application if your docs are ready. Your yet to receive visit visa won't have any effect on your study visa application except you shoot yourself in the leg with misrepresentation and/or inconsistencies. I hope you know what the agent filled in your VV application and the documents he submitted so that you won't contradict yourself while filling and submitting your docs for your study visa. For assistance on how to go about submitting your study visa application, you can go to the study visa route on Nairaland thread and OJC telegram study route Besides, when in August did you go for biometric? Most likely, your visit visa decision might come first before your study visa decision looking at the month you submitted your application, except otherwise Shalom!!! Daystar7: 1 Like |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by orjohn24: 4:42pm On Feb 22 |
Daystar7: Hello, let me provide you with a brief explanation. Ensure you have access to your profile or what the agent filled out on your visitor application inculding document attached before proceeding with your study application because most agents fabricate documents and lie. For instance, the agent may falsely claim that you are a senior doctor with as a Medical Degree graduate going on holiday in Canada with a high salary, savings, properties, and a family, including a spouse and two children, using fabricated family ties as anchors. Then, you may find yourself applying for a study visa now , stating that you are just ssce cert holder or carpenter or unemployed intending to study in Canada, sponsored by your parents, and not married, or even presenting a different marriage certificate. This misrepresentation can lead to a ban. Please take note of this important information. 6 Likes |

Daystar7: I had same issue the 1st time applied for a work permit. They kept telling me it was ircc. All other visas were been rejected even my family US Visa application that was already at the point to be issued and she asked you have a family application with canada i said yes, and she said whats the status i said pending, she reached for the already stacked passports and returned them to me and changed the paper to 214b. I became worried and sent an email to ircc quoting all my family info. Without saying much, they said there was a correspondence on the 10th of September i should try and see it. It was then the agent told me the application was refused after almost a year. He sent me a copy of the refusal, biometrics was not submitted, i did submit. They said no documents was submitted. Apparently they just took the money and ate it. I had to give biometrics again before my next visa was issued. The consoling part was Us uk and canada all gave me the visas later.Note: I collected more than what I paid them for damage to my integrity. |

hasbunallah: I am a guy, not a lady. I never mentioned MP long leg in the PPR story. There is nothing like MP's long leg. MP only requested an update on the application. MP is open to anyone here as long as you are have a legal status. My family has a unique case as we submitted an update letter to IRCC from our FD here in Canada. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Canadahome: 5:36am On Feb 23 |
hasbunallah: Please can you stop mentioning āMP Long Legā. There is nothing like that. MP only sent an email to IRCC to ask for the status of the application and they gave her a response. MP is open to anyone that has a legal status in Canada Biko. Haaaaa. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Canadahome: 5:40am On Feb 23 |
Madukachase: Please, increase the volume because I don't understand the long leg thing o. We have a unique and urgent situation and IRCC only responded because the application passed eligibility. If we failed the eligibility. There is nothing the MP can do. I just want to clear the air on that. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by msbaileyz(f): 6:28am On Feb 23 |
slimmsyyetty: Reason for refusal is Family, financial and economic ties which is why I decided to add the business I didnāt state in my previous application. I left out one of my businesses, not two. Itās looks complicated. |
