Hmmmm

The same set of leaders have various houses where you pay via dollars , even have businesses that collects dollars ..etc..the same leaders share dollars for political campaigns etc..The same leaders use dollars to buy properties outside the country etc...and now the same leaders are claiming binance is the problem...and sadly it is still the poor that will be attacking each other and still be defending the foolish leaders and their policies...it is well

When asking questions try to be specific by mentioning people available so they get notified. On the other hand, sorry no one owes anybody a reply nor assistance as this is a free thread. Try to ask again and tag people.

Guys pls my OKX app is not verifying me

I’ve switched to Web, logged in but it is still not verifying my NIN or BVN, with the case of international passport it rejected my selfie which it asked for after I uploaded my international passport.

I have created an account for my younger bro, virgin account but it still refuses to verify. Exactly same response.

I messaged someone to buy his okx, he said it’s unverified, I asked him to verify it and he shows me the same response my own and my bro own says.

WHAT IS GOING ON?
If this is the question you are talking of, it's hard to get a definite answer as only few people here use OKX. Try to contact their support or try a desktop.

We don't have answers to all questions, apologies.

The intention is not to block it 100%, the objective is to restrict access to it so that Nigerians stop flocking to the site to check exchange rates which are artificially inflated thereby driving up the real rates in the black market

ok, good move. Why can't the government stop black market and allow only the bank to sell at an official rate?

Doing this, is throwing the baby & bath water away. Instead of blocking the site, which block a lot of people from their livelihood, why not work with binance to filter out those traders manipulating the market, if such is even possible anyway. A lot of people depend on P2P trading on binance & they earn from it legitimately to cater for their families, the job your govt is unable to provide for them, is what binance provided for them, now these people are jobless. When u hear kidnapping and crime is on the increase, u don't know your govt is indirectly responsible.

Hello,

Can you tell me why you floated the naira last year? What is your objective of doing that? You people know that is the cause of all these chaos but you don't want to reverse the policy. How big can your ego be for you to sit back and watch people suffer because of your actions and not want to accept your mistake, apologize, and go back on it?

Why can't banks sell dollars to people. Why will somebody on suit and tie who is trained to handle money send me out to the street to buy dollars from an aboki whose shop is near one gutter? What is wrong with you people? Is there any sane person around you people making all these decisions? Are you all dumb for goodness sake?

Set exchange rates and allow us to be getting dollars from banks (as it is suppose to be), then you can go around pursuing Bnance and other market makers who are (according to you) manipulating the rates.

Possibly… until there’s a certainty.

You see in the last 24hrs, nothing’s changed.

There’s a strong support at the $50Ks, the $52K has been a resistance. Range between the $53K and $50K

Here’s what I see, since it’s weekend, the market is going to be sluggish again, a close of the day above the $52K and flipping it for support will open a long for the $60Ks, a close below could revisit the $50K support area.

Let’s see how it turns out

The simplest question no one has answered here is, why can't the government ban BDC and allow banks to sell dollar at certain rate?

What special value is the black market adding to our economy that such policy cannot be implemented?

Check that Your NIN is okay and don't need updating. After that, make sure you are doing your selfie in a bright enough place. Try using different devices, use other family or friend's phones if they are around you.

I had same problem with MEXC.

I hope it's not related to the current Crypto ban in Nigeria.

I get spot signals from a group and it does very well and the coins are largely found on okx cos most new cryptos are listed there before going to binance like 2months after, by then they have traded the crypto and made lots of profit before it goes to Binance et cetera.
can you share the link to this group?

Trust me, you're going to lose lots of money in this journey you're about to start because of one thing: Lack of emotional control. Mark my word.

You lack emotional control and you feel entitled. Since I have already foreseen your future in crypto, if I were you, I'd like to prove whoever said I'll lose lots of money wrong by controlling my emotions and HODL 90% of the time.

If you put $500 in your first trade and you wake and see $350, trust me, you're either going to break your phone, call crypto a scam, pull out of the trade and use the money to buy beer and carry one olósho or start transferring the anger on innocent people around/online.

I don't wish you bad—I just want to pinpoint your flaw and how it will affect you in crypto. You're probably smart, so turn this bitter water to wine, dear.

The joy of being educated is having the ability to find what one doesn’t know, and that won’t happen without reading.
Like twosquare had already said… if only you’ll take the time to read through, you’d see the coins and tokens already mentioned, plus bonuses. API3, CRV… Matic…those are not about 100X
