Yes is for COS. My sister husband has already applied for his UK work visa and was approved and now my sister wants to apply for dependent visa together with her son and I'm helping her to apply for it, but my challenge is on the parental consent letter because she gave birth to the child out of wedlock. Although the biological father to the child is in full support for her to apply for UK Visa for the child. So what I want is a sample of parental consent letter for the biological father and the one for the stepfather and mother.

Yes it is a case of a mother taking the child to the UK without the biological father going together that is why I'm little confused on how the father concern letter will be like, however the said woman and the man was never legally married and the child has been with the mom birth and the child is just 5 years.

Am using my marriage cert as evidence of our relationship and partner. Buh her name in the cert is different from what is on her travel document. Just wanted to be sure I must also add her affidavit of change of name. Although when she was applying for her visa then, She was asked about been known by another name and she replied with her name she uses before our marriage which was what is in the marriage cert. If I upload the affidavit will the newspaper publication not be needed too

But be rest assured that UKVI must ask for more proof of your relationship with your wife because your marriage certificate is not verifiable. So prepare your mind for it. Start putting your pictures with your wife together, old, new, wedding and traditional Marriage pictures, plus your WhatsApp chats with your wife, Facebook chats, tenancy agreement, bank transfer.

It is written in the RWP 6.2: Which states that relationship with your partner must be genuine and subsisting. Good luck.

We stayed in the family house before she left so how do one have tenancy agreement. Can utility bills be used as proof of location of our house we stayed?

In the case of WhatsApp how many screenshot can be done. Or I will have to use the WhatsApp export tool and send them the files

You can use the utility bills, bank transfers between you and your wife. Then don't use any WhatsApp export ooooo, they stated it clearly, convert all the information to PDF file and also change to English or Welsh. Use the pictures you people snap together, put as many as possible, I put more that 60pictures during our own time and more that 50 WhatsApp screenshots, I converted it to a two separate pdf files.

And my visa was approved without delay. My visa application lasted for just 5 working days.
