This is a private stuff, so many years ago, with the influence of Dr ngozi and world bank assisted program....powered by prof bath. He had 8 years as a governor, he should have don that template in Anambra....maybe by now prof solodu would have also try to commission it.

Congrat to Abia and the Able Gov Otti , however all the potential obstacles should be technically handled for people to reap the benefits of the projects and all other states in Nigeria should adopt the strategy for 24/7 electricity for industrial development in Nigeria to reduce importation and reliance on dollars
