Ok. Muslims will be worst hit. 👋 For Fairness & Equity, this law should be enforced in all states of the federation, from Lagos to Anambra to Kano to Zamfara. 28 Likes |

Other States will do well to follow suit. Presently the noise of the muezzin is disturbing my sleep . Daily he starts about 5am from about 3 or 4 of his buildings scattered around my place. In contrast in Abuja his call is dulled and not loud enough to wake you up if you are not expecting him. 2 Likes |

Both religions are noisy. Can we just call on our individual creators without bothering one another like they do in saner climes? Must everything be barbaric in our home country? 10 Likes |

That means they won't use it during campaigns too. Those pastors and preachers that stand and preach at randomn spots in lagos will be seriously affected. 1 Like |

AroOkigbo: Yeah they are always giving us sleepless night with Vigils, that was the reason I left my former residence... I understand your sarcasm, but Muslim call to prayer only takes 2 - 5min... So come off it and stop been a bigot, You can't even enter Public buses in peace again, they have turned them to mini place of worship, what about Road side preaching every morning with a very big speaker... It is annoying and disturbing... 23 Likes |

GanagiBitrus: This shows you didn't even read the stuff sef. He was saying as they go into the yeltide season. Meaning Ramadan. He was taking to Muslims with the speakers they put outside to call for prayers. Not Christians with speakers inside the church. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Noise pollution should be eradicated In Nigeria. It is not healthy at all. I always watch out for mosques and churches anyway I want to live. This law won't work until they start arresting and fining them heavily. 1 Like 1 Share |

I hope ALL places of worship (Mosques & Churches) will comply. Call to prayer and praying using public address system are both forms of noise pollution too. Christians, those ones make noise with public address system a lot. We don’t have to make noises practicing our faith. Both faith preaches, love & peace. |
