I'm so glad you noticed, and hope you realise the magas here are just copying his juvenile lame tactic, which is one reason I like Biden ignoring his tantrums so much instead of making him relevant as some do magas here by giving them the attention they crave.

Fanni is caught between a rock and a hard place, and can't (shouldn't) resign, so the court must decide. And if she's thrown out and dump wins (gets a delay), ce la vie, since one can't choose to trust the justice system only when it goes against dump.

I do agree with the notion of ignoring certain people. I don't know the people here, and engaging in back-and-forth exchanges seems fruitless to me. Especially considering that the moderation on this platform is lacking.

Regarding Fani, I believe Democrats often strive excessively to appear fair. While I understand the intention behind it, I think they sometimes sacrifice their own interests and allow unjust consequences to occur. Consider the Special Counsel Hur report. Under what other administration would a former political appointee from a rival administration be appointed as a Special Prosecutor for the current president during an election year? Garland's attempt to appear fair ended up being unfair to Biden. In the current political and electoral climate, relying on the goodwill of Republicans seems naïve.

So, after the judge makes a decision, there might be pressure for Willis to resign and for Wade to be removed in an effort to alleviate any perceived biases and headaches. Though I can see merit in that perspective this time, unfortunately, this tendency to bend over backwards is characteristic of Democrats.

Moderators tried and failed and the alternative of shutting it down hurts their metrics, so everyone learns to separate wheat from chaff in the end.

I so love this tendency of the Democrats not only to be fair but to bend over backwards, which shows empathy. And I appreciate their awareness of long term gains much more than the maga alternative of "damn tomorrow, drill baby now!"

Fanni should just step down from this because she's burnt. But there is a certain Thomas Clarence I suppose.

I want her to march on, she did nothing wrong concerning the case against criminal trump and his goons.

I do not think "she might be guilty of criminal acts", my Lord!

"If they find her guilty of a crime", I said, they being the court, then she must pay for her crime. But note she is not currently being charged for committing any crime, yet.

I do not think her choice of partner is a crime, though it is unwise under the circumstances, and it will compromise her case against dump even if she's not thrown off it, which is a shame.

Yeah that certainly is a shame. Not because she actually did anything wrong but because they are going to use it as an excuse even if it doesn't make any sense.

Alabama supreme court ruling is another issue for republicans. They know how to pass controversial laws during election season. Talk about shooting yourself

I can’t wait for it. That woman is so annoying. Look at her smirking and smiling during the trials. Giving Trump side eye and gloating on twitter.
Such an unprofessional c*nt. She is not even trying to hide her personal vendetta for Trump anymore. Then she opens her mount to say it’s not about politics despite literally campaigning for her job on a promise to go after Trump.

Smh. America is one big banana republic now. The biggest winner is Putin. The more America’s justice system loses credibility due to the democrat’s deranged obsession to get Trump and his supporters at all costs, the less they can accuse him of despotism in his own country.

Worse. Since Thursday she is posting the daily amount Trump owes in twatter.
I was vilified for borrowing a phrase for her "Dish washer sized nipples".
They sure do look big

This is splendid.
Chicago cop wants to change race since they are now allowed to change gender😂😂😂

Good start. Budaatum. If an adult can change gender, he can also change age to be a teenager and sleep with young girls without being branded a paedophile.
Wow isn't that amazing

Do you truly hold that belief?

I don't mind individuals making considerable efforts to demonstrate empathy towards others. However, when such efforts result in unfair treatment towards others, it becomes problematic.
This was precisely the issue with Merrick Garland in the Hur case. In his attempt to extend excessive fairness towards Republicans, who are known for their dishonesty in these matters, he appointed a Prosecutor who abused their position, thereby acting unfairly towards Biden. This outcome wasn't unforeseen by many. It echoed what Comey did to Hillary Clinton.

Good point about The Thomas situation. It is even more egregious than anything Fani is accused of doing. His wife is in intimately involved in matters the court is judging. Let us further explore: which scenario is more concerning - Fani dating a prosecutor with aligned missions, or a judge appointed by Trump, displaying clear biases, as evidenced by a significant ruling reversal, presiding over a case?

I would like to hope I do hold that belief. I do admire it in others, and emulation is not far off I'd think.

I prefer unfair treatment by those the Democrats bent over for and towards the Democrats. If Democrats are unfair to others as the Republicans are, the cases against dump would have definitely been unfair, and I'd have found myself having to defend dump from the unfairness.

The American justice system is well developed enough to determine fairness and I would hope the majority of Americans can too. I'd find out at next election.

The fix is in!

The corrupt clearance and co don't want criminal trump to stand trial before the election.

This is going to backfire on this corrupt right wing court.
They think criminal trump is going to win in November so he can quash this case?
They are in for a treat.

Clearance thomas will be the sacrifice in 2025/2026 when he will be impeached.

This SCOTUS blunder to hear whether a US President can kill his opponents without repercussions will come to bite the criminal trump in the November elections. He is going to lose woefully.

Why? Because American voters will never vote in a criminal defendant whose legal future is not yet clear. Nah, nilch, not at all.

And consider the fact this criminal trump would be a convicted felon by April.

2025 will be the worst year of criminal trump's life.

Can you be coherent for once? Are you arguing that US Presidents should have full immunity to kill their opponents or protesters? or commit crimes without getting charged even after they leave office? Be clear bro.

Criminal trump is a private citizen and not active in any executive branch of government.

Why you will cry salty tears. Supreme Court will never say the president has no immunity because all ex presidents can be dragged yo court by any prosecutor. They will delay the trials until after election, then throw it to Congress to pass a law on immunity.
Some prosecutor can charge Biden for facilitating Mexican cartels, drugs and violence.

When I poke fun of climate change many of you think I'm.just blabbering. Letitia James has sued a top beef processor for not acting enough on net zero. Where is the science?

She will end up appointing an overseer of their processors and outlets.
In other words a precedent will be set. If you don't do enough to combat climate change, they will shut you down.

Airlines will be next, for not using efficient engines. Possibilities are endless. Maybe banks also will be ruined for using paper money made from trees.

Hunter Biden text to his girlfriend Hallie Biden ( widow of his late brother). Who screws his dead brother's wife?

Hunter business partner and client was chief Chinese spy.
He talks about Chinese taking out CIA operatives in China.
