Dont come to the Netherlands to school if you dont have a source of paying atleast your first year tuition and cost of living. You wont even get the visa except you prove you have enough money to finance your education for the first year, which you must transfer to a dutch bank. Tuition in Delft University of Technology is 12,500 euros per year which is 25000 euros for the 2years or 5,250,000 naira for tuition alone without living expenses which is also as expensive as the yearly tuition.
Forget about hustling as a student because your work permit states you are not allowed to work more than I think 10hrs per week which  requires your ability to speak dutch, except during the summer when you can work full time. In summary you will suffer if you are planning to come here to study and pay your fees and bills through hustling. Just an advice.

They don't actually. Once you have the money and pay it all, they will give you visa. The Koko is what happens after school. If you don't have insanely quality skills that is needed in the Netherlands you will have to leave when you graduate. The Netherlands is one of the few countries that is actually close to heaven on earth in this world.
