Today my greed nearly took over after my trade on US100 hit tp, price went down another 200 pips, infact US100 drop 300 pips today while US30 drop 400 pips plus. but I had to hold myself back from taking another trade nor did I allow myself to entertain wishful thinking because that always leads to stupid action. I have also come to realize that maturity in trading comes with experience, a few months ago I would have been so emotional or jittery if I closed a trade too early or even missed out of a trade completely, but now I no longer even bother if I miss a trade, because I just go on to prepare for the next possible trade. Indeed experience is the best teacher one could ever need or ask for. Although I must confess that I still haven't gotten used to seeing a trade move in my anticipated direction only for it to come back and stop me out or a trade hitting my stoploss and then moving to take out my target, I do get tensed when that happens. it's also not easy to sit on your hands and filter out quality trade setups, but that's my goal for the month to take only A plus setups or sit on my hands when I don't have a clear setup or clear bias on price. #tackling impulsive trading

Reason:
The exit is not because the outlook changed but because I don't have enough room from my profits to risk any $.
Payout is 8days (attached) and I don't want to risk and lost few $ from the profits where I would now need some more days to recover it, and if I don't recover before the pay day, IFF may deny me the pay out based on consistency rule.

In other words, my maximum profit made on a single trade is $2,338, meaning I must make a total profit of at least $7,084.84 before I can claim a payout of all my profits without any risk for deduction at all. Yesterday, I was at $8,010. I initially planned to target a total profit of $10K in the remaining 8days before payout; however, the USOil trade took $200 loss, I know I will make the 10K before payout but I don't know how soon it will be. With the NAS100 short, even though it is pretty clear to me, I no longer want to risk any $ that will bring me below my optimum and guaranteed payout required $7,084.84.

Right now, I sit at $7,865.16 which is still more than the guaranteed payout amount, I think that's just enough. I will uninstall MT4 platform from both laptop and phone, then cross legs.
