Nigeria’s Death Rate Extremely High – NASS | NEWS

The rate at which Nigerians are dieing in Nigeria is alarming. Most Nigerians are tired and do not know what to do and say concerning the high death rates.
The death rate of Nigerians last year and this year 2024 is far greater than the birthrate of Nigerians in Nigeria.
The death rate of Nigerians abroad is not even included; dead Nigerians are brought into Nigeria from abroad for burial on daily basis.

If census is conducted without bias and political manipulation, the population of Nigerians is not up to 135 million.

The last 9 years have seen the increase in the death rates of Nigerians; 2014 - 2024.
From 2020 - 2024 ( hundred of millions of Nigerians have be confirm dead)

The numbers of dead Nigerians in mortuaries around the 36 states of Nigeria is alarming. Most times the mortuaries attendance will be saying no chances to accommodate new corpses and some corpses are left unclaimed.
When you are in the street, an ambulance carrying a dead person passes by daily, those in the street will begin to complain and talk about the increasing death of Nigerians.

Most hospitals in Nigeria, record up to 10 deaths or more in a week; this are patients who came to the hospital for treatment and were admitted, only for them to be confirm dead.
Most hospitals in Nigeria record up to 30 and above patients deaths monthly while other hospitals in Nigeria record 5 to 10 patients deaths monthly.
Most patients who die in hospitals are pregnant women who die while giving birth, terrorism attacks, armed robbery attacks, guns shots wounds, starvation, rape victims, malaria and other illnesses, some are road accident patients, some having first degree burn, children dieing in the hospitals, failure of doctors and nurses to treat patients on time and so many other critical cases that leads to innocent Nigerians dieing in the hospitals.
A patient will be rushed to the hospital and the nurses will say they can not treat such patients except a deposit payment is made: before the family members will come back such patients are confirmed dead.

Obituaries take place almost every day in the 36 states of Nigeria. Burials here and there every week.
Some family will have up to seven dead people waiting to be buried and for their burials dates to be fixed.
Most Nigerians die suddenly while asleep.

Many Nigerians deaths are unknown and unaccounted for: Nigerians who die from ritualist killing, body organs harvesters, kidnapping deaths and Nigerians who are killed and buried without their family knowing they are dead.

The high death rates of Nigerians in Nigeria is an emergency case that needs urgent attentions from both the the Nigeria government and from Nigerians.

UN have suggested that the life expectancy of Nigerians in Nigeria is estimated to be 55years old.
Something need to be done before a time will come when the 36 states of Nigeria will be scanty and empty with few people on them.

Hospitals in Nigeria records more death rates than birth rates: in a month there might be five to ten birth rate in a hospital while the same hospital might have thirteen to fifteen death rates in a month; most times the pregnant women die during childbirth and even the infant born sometimes do not survive.

The questions now is how can Nigeria government and Nigerians help to reduce the high death rates in Nigeria?

Who is killing Nigerians and for what purposes?

Some people told you and you believe them.
Go and do a personal research, then come and present your case.

I have nothing more to say to you.

Joke of the century. Some people will just come out and spew out rubbish in the name of trending, the country can record high death ☠️ rate but to say it's more than birth rate, that's totally careless statement.

Kindly look deep to your various extended family, how many death did you record in last five years, then to birth rate. Only within your then come tell of the nation

2. In your various community, despite the death and japa rate sum it up, then be true to your self that you still have more people around than the last five years. Which mean more people are coming in (Birth).

3. Despite the highest ☠️ as claimed, the nation unemployment rate increases because more people demand for few available job.

Rubbish research

Rubbish research
You are talking rubbish.
You talk without thinking, you just want to engage op in your baseless argument.

You go and do your own research and come and post it here on Nairaland since you do not believe the research NASS, WHO, and other Nigerians have done concerning the extremely high death rates that is higher than birth rates in Nigeria.

Carry your busy body attitude somewhere else if you can not bring your own research to counter the research of op, NASS, WHO and others: i don't think you even watch the videos on this topic or even read the news article before rushing to comment rubbish on this thread.
