A lone Nigerian Citizen who volunteered to control the traffic had to stop a police vehicle from passing against the flow of traffic while he was controlling the traffic.

The police vehicle had no option than to turn and obey his instructions.

Normally, this isn't supposed to be news o, but it actually is; a cheering one at that. It's bc Nigeria is not a normal country. Everything goes wrong here!

Of course, since they are not in emergency, they must obey law. But incase of emergency, police car have right of way over other people.

How can this be a police vehicle? Look at the number plate. This is probably an excort vehicle of a private individual. Police will never obey traffic.
