IMP (International Mobility Program) instead of SOWP and lack of documentation for PA. kindly order for GCMS note before considering of reapplying
Emdee360:

We gave the application to a licensed canadian agent

Here is the reason below

β€’ I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

β€’ You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse is a full-time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada. Refused under R205(c)(ii)

Guy whats up, can we talk about this ?
Adeiyanu3:
If you can provide 40million POF, I know of someone who can certainly assist you with your application, his charges is just 400k and 200k for any accompanying family. His level of professionalism is top notch and his only demand from you is 100% SINCERITY.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Putin007: 6:03am On Mar 09
Bobomaigida:

Refusal reasons like this are straight forward, the key is to get more documents that ties the student top the school and submit. But before doing that, you need to ascertain the status of your spouse's application. You request for GCMS notes on the application and create that tracker to check it.
Guy, What's up, can I do POF of only one month, or will it be risky, I intend paying one semester fees only.

Hey guys,

So I am back again, long story so please read!
Last year I applied for a study visa and I was denied. My sister helped me apply for NBCC and paid 10k out of my tuition and gave me 5 million for living expenses but I was denied for insufficient funds. After I was denied, my sister reapplied for me, and this time before a decision could be made on the visa, nbcc withdrew the admission. For this application, my sister paid 10k cad and did a GIC certificate for me for 10k cad. After the admission was withdrawn, we withdrew the second visa application as there was no need.

Again this year, my sister who works in Canada, applied for saskpolytech for the school fees is 19500 cad and she has paid 15500 cad so far and will pay the balance of 4,000 next week. She also gave me the new living expenses of $20,635 which I sent to CIBC since February 4th last month. Please note that the 10,000 cad from this 20,635 was refunded to me by CIBC after I withdrew the visa. Now the thing is all my sister gave me is all she has since she came into Canada two years ago. She intends to swear an affidavit in Canada stating that she paid the tuition for me and also showing the deductions from her account and email exchanges regarding the payment and also she would submit her pay stubs. My sister just got her work permit so after all this, she doesn't have anything left in her bank account. Do you think this is a good plan? Note my school fees is all paid up and I also have my living expenses already in Canada. She plans to also give me 2,000 usd if she has it as miscellaneous. This whole thing is making it look like she is my only sponsor and truthfully she is. Should I package my mums account for this instead? My mum is retired and this might not be believable from her end but for my sister I am thinking that IRCC would think it's too much for her. What do you guys think?

It is risky for her to use all her funds to sponsor you, the VO won't be convinced about that. Add your mom as a co-sponsor, you can do ROI for her, but your sis will be the major sponsor. Is she married?

You will need a 4-6 months SOA. The account you intend to use how is the history, if it has a good history then you should prepare to do 2 months' POF, after submission. You can use ROI certificate to back up the money.

I think I should share this, I think this also have significant effects on VO's decisions.

It's important for us to choose/plan properly the following below as it seriously affects decisions

1. Course u intend to study
2. The level of program (MSc, PhD, BSc, etc.)
3. Your sponsor and the relationship between each other
4. Letter of Explanation, some people call it SOP
5. Home ties
6. Finally, prayers πŸ™

Rushing to apply for any course my lead to visa refusal, it's important to plan properly so that u choose course that aligns with ur career goals.

Regarding home ties; in my case I used only my parents and it was fine because i have a good letter of explanation to back my career goals

Please I need your view regarding POF,
My friend is about to submit her application .

She has a sponsor, her cousin but Applicant also has funds of her own available and accessible to her

The Sponsor's account balance is around 60k-70k CAD
The sponsor has paid her full semester tuition fee of 7,725CAD.

On the Applicant's own end.
She has deposited 21,000CAD in GIC.
She has 10M naira in her bank account.
She's working, her account shows her salary and she's adding her Pay slips

Her program is 2years.
Total tuition is 21650CAD, and 7725 has been paid.

Please what are your thoughts on her POF?

I think STEM related courses and programs e.g. MSc and PhD programs are given more attention and favourable decisions more.
