Whereas there are lots of Igbo permanent secretaries in Yoruba land. It's not even seen as a big deal here as long as you are promoted. Na wa ooo πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I even heard they don't give full employment to outsiders in the South east. You must renew your employment contract with them every few years and they keep saying Yorubas are the tribalists! πŸ˜’

Igbos don't believe in one Nigeria but always complain when they cannot get what they want in another man's land.
Some of you just talk for talking sake. You said there are a lot of Igbo permanent secretaries now in the south west,I openly challenge you to mention two, infact mention one presently....You just open your mouth and utter arrant nonsense and think others will swallow it.

The biggest accusation against the south east is their tolerance of foreigners.

Nobody trusts a man that doesn't have friends outside his tribe.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far go in a group.

Why is this news ? Because the South East is the least tolerant to foreigners. FACT ! In the whole of Nigeria.

Thats why this made the news.

I always laugh when I read people making ignorant comments and tagging facts.

Be dissing out fake facts you hear.

you can't be a permanent secretary without being a civil servant for decades. So it is more indicative of tolerance than political appointment that you sparingly give to Igbos that have much more economic stake in LAGOS than you have anywhere in Igboland.

I have lost count of other tribes including Igbo who are permanent secretaries and working in civil service in Yoruba land. You can take your economic stake to your barren region! As if you are forced to leave in Yoruba land.

PO & Obidients will be attacked now. Just watch.

Our neigbours and brothers from the East are the true Definition of one Nigeria. They voted massively for Obasanjo, yaradua, GEJ .

When it is time to employ and vote for them, the tribalist and their haters call them Ipob

They were not the ones who voted for obj in 1999 not them voted for yaradua if u know u know.. during 2015 election the numbers of igbo who didn't vote for gej was much

You arecthe one fooling & deceiving yourself.

People vote competence.. All the people presented by pdp during their administration did far more better than APC buhari & tinubu.

Apc is an unserious, incompetent, tribalistic Party who presented sharia terrorists and corrupt certificate forgers. We know the people that gave their support to Apc's ruga masters and cocain trafficking nonentity without history and origin.

The reality of that support is hitting them really hard

You cannot tell me a Niger Delta nigga that the Igbos who are our close door neigbours did not vote GEJ, Obasanjo and yaradua.

You are running before your masters shadow.

Do you know that the Igbos gave their votes to competent people, that is the reason Nigeria performed better in all Indices compared to the Apc certificate fraud Tinubu and the sharia lover Buhari.

Your lies and deceit will not change the fact that Nigeria progressed and developed under Obasanjo, yaradua and GEJ than Apc reckless rascals

Obasanjo is a fake Yoruba, Yaradua is a fake fulani, GEJ is a fake Niger Delta grin grin

Because the truth has hit you so hard that these men the SS & SE gave Block votes did extremely well than APC buhari & Tinubu.

Apc must be rejected frΓΆm top to bottom if Nigerians are to ever experience the tomes of Obasanjo, yaradua and GEJ

Igbo people are beginning to get sense small, small. Before, no none indigenes could get any meaningful position in any igboland.

Intrinsic selfishness is what among other things make other tribes dread igbo man presidency.

So you expect Igbos to vote for Awolowo the best according to you after Starving millions of Igbos to death and taking away their money and gave them 5pounds to start from the scratch? If you have no fear of God at least fear the devil. Others are fake n Awolowo is real. You must be really slow in the head

I want to see more of this. Tribalism must be sent packing, if we truly want to make progress as a nation. People's eyes are now wide open. Tribalism and religous bigotry can never produce good leadership. Same faith ticket is pure deceit and the bigots fell for it.

Other states must follow suit. Only in Lagos have I seen this in our region as well. And only in kaduna under elrufai in the core North.

God bless Nigeria

My take is that this is a good step.

I pray in the nearest future we Igbos, Yorubas, Binis, Itsekiri, Ijaws and others will forgive ourselves and seek reconciliation, while building up our different homelands ( not this British and brutish zoo called Nigeria) in peace , knowledge, humility and joy, Amin Γ€αΉ£αΊΉ.
