The reporting is poor and misleading. Like every other application here (UK), you can apply on your phone, pay and get a date for capturing. so its not like you can apply and do everything on your phone and just sit back and get your passport delivered to your house. you also pay more than 150 pounds for application fee and other bits too. I really do not understand why we have to do biometrics every time we apply for a new passport. our finger prints do not change. We can send a video to prove life and send a current passport to be uploaded on the new passport. Hope all these will change 3 Likes |

successmatters: I applied online, got a date for my capturing, went there and did my thing. The passport was delivered to my home in less a month. So I'm surprised this is being announced here now. 1 Like 1 Share |
