Senator Ningi the Brave whistleblower ! Nigerians are eating grains, Senators are sharing 500 million in padded budget ! Are we fighting corruption with corrupt legislators ? Tolerance of opposition is necessary in healthy politics. Who investigates the senators ? Our corruption agencies need to be multi-party ! APC cannot be the Thief and the judge in the same court ! EFCC should have PDP, APC and LABOR party Interests as well. This one party senate for 8 years, Operating like a secret cult, without any checks and balances ? Senator Mendez was found to be corrupt in New jersey USA, and will go to trial. Nigerian senators breed and feed corruption as untouchables. This has to change. Senator Ningi should be called back immediately. A multi-party investigation should be carried out. Not Mob action and jungle justice as witnessed today in the senate. The Nigerian Senate is run like a secret cult.. with high ranking members and low ranking backbenchers.. It's public knowledge that those high ranking senators majority of which are principal officers get very juicy 'constituency' projects inserted into the budget running into billions while some low ranking senators would get only 200million to 500 million.. everybody gets eventually tho.. your influence determine how much you get.
