Highnesscfr2030:. What is the relevance of BVAS content on any electoral case? It is just a waste of time as only hard copies of results signed at the poling unit and results declared using them are tenable and reliable in every election petition! |

iwaeda: The election held. Voters had the say, riggers had their way. Now we can see the beauty of the BVAS machine if permitted to work effectively by desperate politicians and their irresponsible followers. We can also see the wickedness perpetrated by our failed leaders. The result also is what we find with the senators, who presently accuse themselves of reckless embezzlement of state resources, while asking citizens to be patient. 3 Likes |

Instead for this man to honourably go to Kogi West and surport any candidate of his choice, he wanted to impose kinsmen at all cost. If court returns seat of power to Igala people, maybe his eye will clear and his way to EFCC will be wider 6 Likes |

Until the system made example and scapegoat of election riggers, people and politicians will continue to undermined the people's will but surprisingly that cannot be done now because the head of every arms are peopled by election riggers. Snatch, grab and run away with it people. If we are in a serious country kogi election tribunal should have been the easiest to adjudicate upon and dispensed within a month. That Kogi Central was heavily rigged by Bello but the funny thing,he never learn from what befell one of his senators. |

Indispensable85:Some of you don't learn from precedence. It was the same way APC was saying Peter Obi didn't sue Atiku along in his petition, hence his petition lacked merit but the appeal and supreme courts said he need not do that because the second is also a loser. Go and read the judgements of both and stop confusing people. |
Re: Kogi Election Tribunal: APC Legal Team Leader Angrily Stormed Out Of Court by IfnobeGod20: 12:39pm On Mar 13 |
ejimatic:Mr. Man, what they need doing is to prove that what was in hard copy doesn't tally with what was recorded in the BVAS. It's is the BVAS that produced the number of accredited voters putting into consideration there is nothing like incidence form to have say when the BVAS malfunctioned, they resort to using incidence form. Hence, the number of accredited voters, marked voters on the register and documented result must tally. The three must be in consonant. |
Re: Kogi Election Tribunal: APC Legal Team Leader Angrily Stormed Out Of Court by Focusmind: 12:43pm On Mar 13 |
So, they rigged based on the "number of registered" voters instead of the "number of accredited voters"? |

Mopolchi:Dino has very low political values in Kogi state... Muri Ajaka from the SDP actually won the election.... He is of the Igala tribe and the Igalas has the majority in Kogi.... He actually contested and won the APC governorship primary in Kogi and won with over 300,000 votes, but Bello Matawale who conducted the primary removed his name that he had a court case... If he had gone to court, the court would have told him that it's the party that nominates candidates, so he decamped to SDP and contested... Below π is the results of the election Ododo polled 446, 237 votes to defeat Murtala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), who came second with 259,052 votes. Dino Melaye, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), scored 46,362 votes. How do you think Dino Melaye that cannot win his own local government can win the election? He knows that he doesn't stand a chance at all.. 1 Like |

Everybody knew Ajaka of SDP won that election.....even the APC leaders never supported Yahya Bello because of what he did to Ajaka during the primaries which led him out of APC in the state. Now imagine y Tinubu and other APC leaders never did a serious campaign but only raised Ododo's hand in Aso rock. 1 Like |
