Mr. Man, what they need doing is to prove that what was in hard copy doesn't tally with what was recorded in the BVAS. It's is the BVAS that produced the number of accredited voters putting into consideration there is nothing like incidence form to have say when the BVAS malfunctioned, they resort to using incidence form. Hence, the number of accredited voters, marked voters on the register and documented result must tally. The three must be in consonant.

That's why BVAS is there. Unfortunately those who lost cases just suffered from the errors and failure of INEC to play its assigned role with the machine

At the national elections, BVAS machines proved to be difficult to manage, judging by the magnitude of the job and the desperation of politicians to win at all costs.

With just one state, INEC has no excuse. If they delivered using BVAS, then the riggers are gone.

You guys should try at least in this harsh economy to be applying common sense now. The court said Obi and Atiku did not show where the discrepancies happened that they just dumped the BVAS records in the court. If Ajaka's lawyers can show truly there were discrepancies in the results using the BVAS, hard copy voters' register and the CTC given after election, then, they have a watertight case. The three must agree or not to form case. BVAS is a primary source of accredited voters and the voters' register. The only issue on Peter Obi's and Atiku's case is that they did not spell out the discrepancies as expected by the judges that sat on the cases.

You guys should stop misquoting what Appeal and Supreme courts said. The supreme court said for you to prove that rigging took place the three elements, BVAS, voters' register and CTC must be tendered and the discrepancies spelt out. Oyetola only tendered BVAS records and left voters' register and that was what killed his case. Atiku and Obi tendered both but did not show where discrepancies took place and that was what killed their cases. On Oyetola's case, he didn't follow the law since he only tendered just one aspect of the documents required of him to tender while Atiku's and Obi's own it was more of abracadabra by the judges because the electoral act permitted petitioner to make relevant documents available to the court without simplifying it for the court and the court is left to scrutinize the documents. All these sections were on my head as at last year but I have forgotten them now since I am not a lawyer. All the petitioner need is to make reference in their submission but the judges that looked into Atiku and Obi case feigned ignorance of the section and required them to spell it out.
Lately a trend was made on this forum of the same error committed by the electoral judges based on different sections that they overlooked. There are a lot of summersaults in the tribunal judgements.
Meanwhile, stay keenly with what the judges said and don't manipulate your own to confuse people.
