Zooposki:All I see is poor coordination. All these loss of lives are avoidable. As for Tompolo, FG ll definitely look into his contract cos of this. His job shouldn't bring so much loss we are experiencing.

alcuin: Many people really don't know what's about to play out now. If not properly handled, this might lead to another insurgency as the boys in the creek will definitely fight back. Not just that pipelines will be blown on daily basis. Are we really sure we can handle what will follow at this time? Remember the creek is the paternal and maternal base of these gangsters. Our officer can't defeat these boys in the creek 1 Like |

Everybody is reacting because of news they read, no one cares of how politicians have been using these same military to take over lands and killing citizens unprovoked. It didn't start with Okuoma, and it is not going to end with them. It's because ranking military men lost their lives, that is why this is now news. It has been the game plans of the ijaws long ago to pitch the Urhobos against the military as they are too fearful to attack in person, so they use the cash and carry military to attack communities in Delta. 3 Likes |

decatalyst:No, nothing is going to happen to pipelines. In fact water boys actually want that community sacked comprehensively as their trouble making is becoming too much. They brought mercenaries from Ewu Kingdom to cause trouble so they will be summarily dealt with. After their problem ends with the Nigeria Army, that's if they survive it, neighboring Okoloba and others will still deal with them. About this issue, nothing is happening to pipeline and that is on period 100% |

I am bewildered that no one is even talking about how weak and vulnerable our acclaimed "gallant soldiers" are, not knowing that even the soldiers are sitting on a keg of gun powder talkless of the Nigerian civilians, the soldiers are to secure. But when this soldiers are to harass civilians, they start flexing their empty muscle like hulkhogan. It's no doubt that the magnitude of this kind of killing of the army can't take place without the hand of an insider. Nigeria my country, we will overcome. The Nigerian Army itself need urgent and serious probing than any other thing else. And I blame the foot soldiers who know the specific problems and are not finding means to talk out indirectly, even if they are afraid of doing direct talking. 1 Like |

Richtaiwo:GENESIS OF THE CRISIS NEEDS RESOLUTION, NOT FIRE BRIGADE APROACH OF SENDING SOLDIERS TO DO THE JOB OF THE POLICE. In saner nations, soldiers dont go to resolve incidences like that. It is the job of the police. But after Nigeria was fraudulently restructured politically by northern military dictators to siphon much of the proceeds from crude oil to the myriad number of states and local govt councils proliferated in the old northern region, the oil pruducing areas in this Niger delta region are starved, environnent polluted, the communities in the region fight over the pittance left to them by Nigeria's government. Army is drafted to quench the internecine wars between the groups in the oil producing areas. Soldiers keep peace of the grave yard in the oil producing areas. Frequently, the intercommunal crisis explodes. Restructure Nigeria to true and fiscal federal structure that is supposed to be in a country of multi ethnic and multi religious composition, instead of the fire fighters approach with soldiers. Soldiers are meant to war off external invaders in a mormal country. 1 Like |

It's difficult to feel any sympathy for the same Nigerian army that kills citizens for fun. I don't care. They got a small taste of what they have been dishing out for decades and we won't rest. Abeg, second base jare! 1 Like |
