Its your type that artisans always show pepper,they will recover their wages through your materials and even more and you will be thinking you had a good bargain.

What is the total area of the building? The thickness matters too.. It all depends on what you want.

The standard practices in most places is usually a mansory plastering a standard room for two days so that means they'll get a two day payment for one room. Find out the daily pay in your area and negotiate with your manson.

Max 100k if no middle man (contractor or site engineer)

4 menson @ 7k each x =28k
3 labourers @ 4k each =12k
total 40k

Maximum of 3 days job

Please, it's done in partitions..two partitions in a room might cost you around 10k variably.So,a room might be 20k variably more or less.depending on the skilled worker.

150 t0 200 k make sure you dnt do it less than 200k if 3bed.

Use a direct labour not a contractor.

Standard room -2 masons plus 2 labour
Sitting room -3 masons with their labour
Dining - 2 masons
Kitchen - 2-3 masons
Toilets -1.5 masons
Store - 1.5 masons

Internal -22 masons @9-10k per day - should be around 220k -250k

External ( of building ) - depends on the kind of external you have - 150-250k

External ( fence ) - 1 mason for 2 partitions and one block column - number of partitions divided by 2 times 10k- t

So budget about 650k to 800k ( size of rooms will determine final price )

let me make it briefly... My first house is 4 rooms bungalow with parlour, kitchen and 2 toilets... But the inside and outside budget 20 bags and 3 tip of plastering sand, 3 menson can plastering thr whole house in 4 days maximum in labour side , I paid them then 700 per partition.. 8k for one room is reasonable you shouldnt pay more than that

Plastering doesn't take cement more than the block work except they don't get good plastering sand. Another area is whether the block and concrete works were done excellently, if yes, you don't have much to worry on

I am presently planning to plaster and do German floor for my 3 bedroom house in my village in ondo state. There's dinning and big sitting room.
I got estimate for 35 bags of cement.
Sharp sand 2 tipper trips, 80k
Shock sand 1 tipper trip, 35k
Stone, 1trip. 75k
I'm still waiting for labour price from my dad.
The materials needed shouldn't be far different from what you need.

I am a developer and an engineer . It depends on room sizes . Inside, outside and fence will not be less than 650k for a good job in this economy

Ideally, it should be calculated in square-metre. So, you're suppose to pay per sqm as rooms and living rooms differs from each other regardless of whether it's 2bedroom or 3bedrooms. There are some 2bedrooms that will be more expensive in terms of plastering when compared to some 3bedrooms. The area matters
