You cannot just drink milk straight from a cow, it needs to be pasteurised.

Milk is one of the cheapest product in south africa, you can easily get it from people who owns cattle in their home with cheap price.
I am sure is also cheap in Nigeria.

Never.

Nigerian cow aren't practically reared for its milk.
Cow that produce good milk in foreign lands are not allowed to graze uncontrollably like it's done in Nigeria.

Who told you everyone in South Africa and Kenya is tolerant to lactose?
Re: Why Negerians Don't Drink Milk by finallybusy: 1:25am On Mar 20
It's not easily available this way and we prefer to use it when diluting meals.

Because most of us have lactose intolerance therefore we cannot drink as much as some other people.

From personal experience..my first cows purchases when i started farming were. 2 cows..one was pregnant and later delivered

I had milk to drink and i was glad.. having a cold milk in my fridge to drink

When the terrible back pains came i thought it was something else until i discovered it's the lactose intolerance that was doing me

We simply can't drink it in great quantity... maybe it's different if you start drinking in such quantity from young age

No Sir, it is very healthy to drink directly from the cow.
As long as the cow is healthy.

I don't think is intolerance of milk, is just your body is not used to milk.
Drink it more often and your body will adjust

Your immune system is battle all sort of things in the milk. Of cause in due time, they get use to it and you become a contactable host of the parasites the cows also carry's.
