It is more complex than that exchange rate was stable under Abacha and our reserves were not great.You

No amount of reserves will help if you are printing Naira without restraint as Emefiele and Buhari did
We have developed an uncontrolled taste for imports

I would.argue if we stopped eating rice ,bread and noodles in Nigeria,stopped going to foreign universities and hospitals the fluctuation will reduce

Robust foreign reserves do not happen by Grace or magic we have to produce a lot of stuff that others want to buy
