On this i agree. In FIRS if ur head isn't strong, u wil end up wearing suit/coat/kaftan till retirement tinkin u hv made it. Retirement plan under 22 meter as a Director etc💔😑

Their dressing allowance is not up to 60k and they are overhyping FIRS. Is just the KPI of monthly salary & one payment of either 1.2 or 1.1 or 1.3 annually. Nothing more. Those who made money are through illegal means. I believe the new chairman will change the narrative.

Lol basic salary doesn't add up in most cases. Until u hv a proper view of their pay slip of the last 3 months of the year. They're sm agencies hiding under IPPIS wit small salary ranging btw 1.2-1.4m per annum, they enjoy almost what A class agencies get, but they look so tattered to avoid plenty eyes chokin there. Naaaaa. You are absolutely wrong. I have the opportunity but I didn’t, I got my choice not FIRS for now because I know them too well.

I don’t want to involve in illegality to make my money. I don’t want to be stagnated in promotions. We are in public space, I won’t disclose the department you should lobby for so u can also buy venza for ur connect in 6months. Illegal money.

Have you ever seen me asking updates about them? That’s because I know about their recruitment and their pay packages very well. very very well. But it’s a good place to work anyways.

Proposal for level (10) 8 upfront was 3.5m minimum. It could not be implemented bcuz of staff strength of over 13000. Adedeji has landed, he just added above 100 persons to the list. More 300 staff under way. FIRS will be over 20.000 staff in the next 8yrs of Adedeji because that was what he did in Shuga council. He multiplied their staff strength on arrival.

Zach can employ for Africa. Lol. Mrs. Angel (Director of HRM) screamed for the 100+ that was recruited recently. You know what they told her? They said madam relax, more new staff still still coming in weeks or go to Shuga Council and ask about Zach and recruitment. Lol.

But if the proposed merger worked, I can now lobby for FIRS. Lol
