Thank you. A guy even argued that the camera fined him @ ikorodu bla bla. OK. I told to bring the pics they showed him.
He showed me a picture of a car standing on the road with other cars. I'm like this can never be a capture shot of a hanged camera from that perspective.

He kept arguing.. I just let him be.

If the cameras were working at Allen n dishing fines electronically. I'm sure a lot of motorists will sit up. Just propaganda of the govt, my opinion.

Sometimes the lasma guys even tell people to go on traffic lights or the traffic jam is heavy that cars will be on the same spot for a long time before they move, even light will be on green but u can't move.
I witnessed it the other day if you are coming from the airport to face dopemu, that means plenty people will be captured.

Indrive: you choose wherever you want to go.
Bolt: you slightly choose. If you cancel much, your driver score reduces and you get blocked.

Indrive: No paid waiting, so riders get to delay you for 10/20 mins.
Bolt: there's paid waiting after 5 mins.

Indrive: Fastest fingers will not let you get ride on time. You wait for long period at times before getting a ride
Bolt: you're always busy. No dull moment.

Indrive: they charge 10% commission, excluding VAT
Bolt: they charge 20% commision, excluding VAT

Indrive: fixed price but you negotiate. If you stay long in traffic, rider still pays the negotiated price ab initio.
Bolt: Not fixed. Rider is charged based on time spent on the journey.

Indrive: No car inspection/ you can register online and start working.
Bolt: car inspection with a fee

But as a newbie, I'll advice you start with bolt and uber

Quite insightful
Thanks a bunch
Obviously Bolt is way preferable, what benefit are people using Indrive for then

Does that mean I can run Bolt and Uber together ?
You didn’t talk about Uber tho
And meanwhile, how about the financial sides, profit and all

If you read well, there wouldn't be any need for this sir. The benefit is that you have the chance to choose wherever you want and discard where you don't want. So you should then know that since it's a fixed price, you should try as much as possible to avoid traffic. Bolt can take you anywhere, even with bad roads and they have a driver score DS that checkmates drivers. The more you cancel rides you don't want, the more the DS reduces and you can eventually be blocked. Nothing like this on Indrive. People who pick good price rides fast on Indrive, enjoy indrive.

just like bolt. I don't use it though. I use indrive and bolt.

AlamuBiyi:

You make almost the same amount working on any of the apps. What you make depends on you. You can make btw 10k to 20k profit per day. When I say profit I mean, excluding fuel used and commission charged.

No matter the explanation, you really can't get it well till you test it. Just register on bolt first and work for few days, then you will understand better

Allen Junction is a don't enter zone. If u know u will not cross over don't enter the intersection and stop in no mans land. Many times we drive without knowledge of traffic law.
Although the lastma guys generally try to take advantage of road users, but majority of drivers too are ignorant of traffic laws. When d light is blinking yellow or even if its tail end of the green and u have calculated that traffic is not moving fast and u will stop before u completely cross over to the other side, u are meant to wait and not contribute to obstruction of other road users.

Rightly said, ideally even if the light is green, you dont cross except your exit is clear. Round abouts and junctions when controlled by a traffic light should be kept clear.

Also lastma may indeed have cameras that read number plates. They are fairly common abroad, parking spots, traffic lights and even police cars often have them. I don't think deploying the technology is a challenge , the issue is likely that the database in nigeria is outdated or not updated so lastma still has to do physical enforcement.

Where the database is up to date, no one will tell you that you park wrongly or beat traffic light, you simply get the letter in your mailbox accusing you of the traffic offense with picture evidence and giving you the option of paying a fine or meeting them in court.

I'm not telling lies. I make a profit of, btw 10 to 15k. Maybe there's something you're not doing right.
What kind of car do you use? Does your car consume more fuel? Toyota corolla is the best car for this biz.

If all the info people drop here to help drivers make profit isn't helpful to you, then I suggest you join the telegram/WhatsApp group
