IfnobeGod20: I know it's a bad period for you and I really don't care how you're feeling When OBJ, as the then President, asked that the South should present one of them as a presidential candidate, he meant both the South East and South South. In the last elections, some Nigerians said that it should be zoned to the SOUTH, which comprises of both the South South and the South East. So when I mentioned 'South region', I clearly understood what I stated but the problem to understand from your end now lies with you |

IfnobeGod20: The APC didn't sit back and remain quiet for the party to implode because they have leaders. This is where leadership comes in to play. The PDP and LP don't have strong leaders. 1 Like |

The national HQ of the Labour Party is in Nnewi Anambra state ....what a colossal fraud. ? I thought most of the political party conventions were either done in Lagos or Abuja...Nnewi Anambra state.... And some non-Yiibo fools still believe the Labour Party is not a vehicle for the Yiibo Tribal agenda...for you to believe this ...it is either you are dumb or deranged... Good morning 2 Likes |

It was the same error LP House of Reps member committed, until he was told LP constitution is quite different from APC and PDP constitution. He was asked to go read LP constitution. Same way I encourage you to go read LP constitution, so that next time, you will not make mess of yourself by your comment. |

frankson1:I always love to school your kind that think you know it all and want to exert your own believe and ideology for the purpose of scoring political point but not with someone like us. My man, there are 6 political regions in Nigeria, the SS, SE, SW, NC, NW and NE and these are the patterns used for administrative and political correctness in governance and party politics. Now, how would you say somebody from SE is in the region with someone from SS? And you don't want to heed to correction. You even went ahead to erroneously say OBJ asked the south to present one of them as presidential candidate that he meant SS and SE, forgetting that you're lying because it was only VP slot that was slotted to southern region by PDP in 2007. Lie with sense. Meanwhile, it's only presidential slot that is unconstitutionally rotated between the northern and southern regions of the country and there is no lexicon between who becomes NLC chairman and the LP chairman as far as the constitution of this country is concerned. Saying this is the first time NLC chairman and LP chairman comes from the same region is a blatant lie. In this presidential arrangement, when they say 'southern region' not "South region" it comprises SS, SE and SW. Take this correction and learn. |

Re: NLC Rejects Abure's Re-election As LP National Chairman by IfnobeGod20: 9:03am On Mar 28 |
frankson1:But their chairman suffered for it before the storms were calmed by the president. While that of the PDP, it took them over a year to calm the storms because they don't have president or leader they can respect. It took the financial wall chest of Wike and underground maneuvering and connections to calm everything. The APC was swift because the respect they give to the office of the president and the largesse they can fetch from him. At that APC still faces quantum issues at the state level, which they didn't recovered from. Chief of them are Zamfara and Rivers. So, every parties face one issue or the other, never think it is new to only LP. |

Re: NLC Rejects Abure's Re-election As LP National Chairman by frankson1(m): 9:24am On Mar 28 |
IfnobeGod20: It simply means that there is no leader in LP that can do underground maneuvering to bring stability. A convention where the presidential candidate was absent and journalists were barred from covering it. This is LP at national level and not state so there's no need bringing Rivers and Zamfara or any other state. A meeting has never been called to sought means of settling the issues and you tell me they have people in the party who understand leadership. |
Re: NLC Rejects Abure's Re-election As LP National Chairman by rotadeco27: 9:26am On Mar 28 |
LP is not a smart party at all. They still do not understand the dynamics of Nigeria politics. It is obvious there is no party leader. You can not project an easterner as a presidential candidate and still bring party chairman from the same zone and if the same faith! The beginning of failure. Christians and southerner can vote for a northerner they judge competent, this can never happen with the north, their voting pattern shows polarization on religion and ethnic imprint. I am not obidient, Atikulator nor Batist, but if LP will want to make anything out of the next election, they should look for an heavy weight Muslim northerner to be their chairman for political regional equity. All the break of fast , burrhole sinkage can not take obi anywhere, he should go and ask Jonathan, they will collect his money and still not vote him. If LP can woo the north to vote obi massively, they only have a major region to contend with and chance of winning is higher. |

Re: NLC Rejects Abure's Re-election As LP National Chairman by IfnobeGod20: 9:45am On Mar 28 |
frankson1:I am still telling you, what is happening in LP is not new and it is a common trend in politics, especially in a party where people know there are derivable spoils. PDP suffered theirs many times. It was under their nose that the party splits into factions at the convention ground in Abuja during GEJ regime. That some people didn't attend, it never a new thing, until you get the reasons behind their absence. Just cool your temper all will be weathered away in no distance time. |

Have been seeing NLC / LP issues but don't know what to say. NLC is a National body for all public, private workers while LP is a political party. What am insinuating is that all workers in Nigeria belong to LP due to all this propaganda and disputes between NLC and LP. Nigeria is a joke. Anyway let's mad togetherness |
Re: NLC Rejects Abure's Re-election As LP National Chairman by olaadenigeria(m): 9:59am On Mar 28 |
If NLC is LP then NLC is equal to an opposition party to APC, PDP, SDP, ..... My question is this. Is all public and private workers automatic Labour party members? |
Re: NLC Rejects Abure's Re-election As LP National Chairman by Nzogbu2012: 10:20am On Mar 28 |
IfnobeGod20: Hear yourself out...PDP's past convention was held in Port Harcourt. The last time I checked, the NRC of then was what metamorphosis to this PDP...and NRC was brain work of people like Solomon Lar, and Audu Ogbe former governor of Kaduna state...and this are all from the northern region, and till date...northern region still dominate and control PDP...but they magnanimous enough to stage their convention in the south-south region... Since you OBi Bitter have become the presidential flag bearer of LP..all the activities have always Yiino agenda-driven...the Labour Party is heavily dominated by the Yiibo bigot...amd the convention venue stage the obvious.... PDP of the northern party did they convention in Portharxourt why can't the Labour party stage their convention in the Southwest or northwest far away from people who. dominated the party...I believe it is even an opportunity to sell their manifesto to those people in that particular region out of SADeast....3 |

Nzogbu2012:You see myopic mindset, you're now making it look as if LP is Igbo party by this your comment. Please break away from this sectionalism mindset of yours. You are the one that told lie that conventions are mostly done in Abuja and Lagos and I punctured your lie by giving you three instances where PDP conventions were done in Porthacourt but you went on to dramatized your tribalistic mindset and telling story of who own PDP and what have you. Please did I tell you I don't know the history of PDP or any party for that matter? Keep to the lie you told and stop diverting attention. Today LP representatives that were voted for are in Kaduna, Plateau, Nassarawa, FCT, Lagos. Are people voted for in these states Igbos? Tribalistic Nigerian you are. Mind you I am a Yoruba man and don't think I am Igbo and trying to defend Igbo but I am doing this to defend Nigeria as one entity. You people cannot continue dividing us and the leaders sinking the nation by it. Please when you lie next time and you're corrected take it in good conscience and move on, instead of telling incoherent story. |
