Why waste your time? Chat Chimamanda up. She has a special speed dial to the president of the United States. As you're both citizens, he'll send marines in a black hawk to come and rescue you from the place

Smh. People who should be on their knees asking for a plea bargain. This is what happens when the government is not serious about holding people accountable for their crimes. They get emboldened.

What crime did he personally commit?

All these illiterates on Nairaland. There's a reason why people register Limited Liability companies. So the company is a different legal entity from its owners.

This person is just an employee of Binance. He's not personally liable for any of the alleged crimes FG is accusing Binance of, so why should he be detained?

You cannot detain a cashier of a bank because the bank evaded tax.

Check all the crypto exchanges that USA took the court, it was the CEOs that was arrested.

The two binance officials that were detained by NSA in Nigeria are not the CEO. They are not liable.

What Ribadu did was kidnapping. INTERPOL will never put the guy that escaped on red notice. These guys even came into Nigeria to have talks with the government out of their own volition, the only thing you could do is to kidnap them.

Poor intelligence has always been the trademark of our security agencies.

Exactly

If you have a lawyer friend, ask his legal opinion of this case. Surely he will educate you better.

Binance lawyers are already withdrawing their representation, definitely from pressure of the government I know...

Not true. They are withdrawing from representing the one that escaped.

All these gibberish because you read one line about a limited liability company in your secondary school?

If you don't know anything about company law, just keep quiet. The FG should know why they detained him in line with whatever investigation they are pursuing. You don't possess all the facts. Despite a company being a legal person distinct from its members by virtue of incorporation, it is still an artificial person controlled by natural persons. There are times when that veil of incorporation will need to be lifted, such as, when a crime is committed, for the perpetrators to be identified and punished.

And Mr Nadeem Anjarwalla is personally responsible for the crimes FG is accusing Binance of?

He was arrested and escaped detention. Why is he running if he had not commited a crime.

Why should he allow himself to be kidnapped by a feckless government that cannot be trusted to manage its own affairs?
