FOREX And Politics, The Politics Of FOREX $1= 1,300 Is PROPAGANDA by Russi: 5:48am On Mar 29 |
I have been very happy to see the dollar weaken against the naira. However, after a lot of research and analysis, it is clear that media houses have been paid to spin the news. Specifically Legit.ng, The Nation Newspaper, TVC. You will hear DAILY SHARP HEADLINES such as Naira Jumps. Naira flies higer, Dollar collapses, Dollar drops rapidly etc etc ..... Its is obviouly media campaign which is great. Can any one else see this media propaganda? Drop any pattern or titles you have noticed I've observed with interest the recent reports highlighting the naira's strengthening against the dollar. Yet, upon closer inspection and analysis, it seems that certain narratives might not be entirely spontaneous but rather part of a concerted media effort. Notably, platforms like Legit.ng, The Nation Newspaper, and TVC have featured headlines that might suggest an overly optimistic view on the currency situation. Phrases like "Naira Jumps," "Naira flies higher," "Dollar collapses," and "Dollar drops rapidly" seem to frequently headline their financial news sections. This pattern of reporting raises questions about the potential orchestration behind these narratives, suggesting a media campaign aimed at painting a certain picture of the economic situation. It's intriguing to consider the dynamics at play and whether these media messages are fully reflective of the market realities or if they lean towards a form of media propaganda. Has anyone else noticed similar patterns or headlines in their news consumption? I'm curious to hear about any specific titles or recurring themes you've come across that might align with this observation. I have added examples from one notorious blogger: I can't browse the internet or access live web pages, so I'm unable to verify or interact with the provided links directly. Your research is not about the actual price, your research doesn't result in any price difference so what's your research and conclusion effect on dollar or naira? |

helinues: Naira regaining her strength is good for the nation. What is bad for the nation is the outright propaganda being churned out on a daily basis by the Tinubu government. And I chose to call it the propaganda of failure. If things are working and Tinubu is performing wonders, it will reflect on the lives of the people. He doesn't need to peddle lies, falsehoods, or propaganda. Never in the history of this nation has our currency lost over 100 percent of its value in under eight months. Buhari handed over to Tinubu at N760 to a dollar. Tinubu, under eight months through his thoughtless economic policies, crashed it to the extent that the naira almost became worthless, exchanging over N1900 for a dollar, and then began to appreciate marginally to the current price it is today. |

helinues: Of course, APC supporters aren't buying things at different markets, but what is bad about them, of which you are one, is that when they buy costly things and lament bitterly offline, they come online to spread outright lies, falsehoods, and propaganda. 1 Like |

Yep, some market makers who have sold at highs.... are now using propaganda to make people sell dollars while they buy back into the market....... They will then press media buttons again and TAKE Naira to 2K/$1 and will continue until they are tired We need real things in economy not just hype. The News Bites are now obvious I will save in dollars when cash enters hand Feldie: Feldie: |
