I came off having greater respect for this exceptional Nigerian and noting that he is the most mature politician ever to come out of Nigeria. I really pray for him safety. Peter Obi's followers are not open to advise. They are quick to attack anyone who points out areas where Obi is limited.

I know Reno Omokri has never forgiven the Obidients after they threatened his daughter's life last year. But what Omokri says is not out of place in advising Peter Obi.

Peter Obi's answer on the LP crisis did not demonstrate leadership. He threw Abure and the party under the bus. A shrewd politician would say: "I could not attend the convention as I made several efforts to be there but was unable to meet up. I was represented by xyz when I saw I could not be there. As for Abure, we are working to address the crisis and we'd find a solution soon". Then he had no business saying he promised to reform Nigeria not LP. If the foundation is faulty, how do you reform the structure?
