I met this guy again today after 2 years. I like him, he likes me.

He's Nigerian, I'm South African.

He previously said he's from Enugu and said to me it's better than Sandton (Africa's richest city in South Africa, Johannesburg).

Can i believe him?

Enugu is quite urbanized with an average of 2-3 storey buildings clustering every street but that is clearly not up to the level I am seeing in this pics
