These are all big churches in Warri. The reason i am writing this update is because i read a post about Christ Embassy Church here few days ago and what i experienced was similar to what the author said.

Without much ado, let me get to the point. When my healthy youthful father was sick with stroke, although he could walk slightly but his demeanor was humbly and he could not use his right-hand, i suggested we take him to the hospital but my mother in her Christ-Like Characteristic Ingenuity believed it would be a better choice to take him to her church. I was against this but still could do nothing. I was against this simply because I have been to that church before and heard the preaching of the man(John Mark Ighosotu) which was totally opposite of my understanding of the Bible.

Anyways, we heeded to my mum and sisters' suggestions. We took him to Gods Delight Gospel Assemble AKA Free Indeed. On getting there, we were asked to make payment before my Dad would be added to the healing queue, which we did.

After that, they made a placard and gave it to us, they made him sit on a plastic chair while I stood behind him with the placard up while the camera was rolling, After some time, John Mark Ighosotu came...

After running his usual preaching of seed sowing plus more than 7 different offerings, he finally came to the section lined with sick people.

He walked and touched some unknown people that claimed to have been healed, when he got to my father's turn, he walked pass, later on, he came back and touched him. Nothing was felt and no form of manifestation whatsoever, just as he walked passed, some members of his crew came and told my daddy to stand up and they started announcing "he is healed..." I was very angry but not disappointed, i wasn't expecting much from the pastor though, so eventually we took my dad home thesame condition he was. Eventually he died barely a year later.

Even with the evidence that was on ground, my mum was still adamant. She later died believing in miracles instead of seeking for urgent medical attention for her own ailment.

there are legits ministry out there. Don't condemn an entire religion because of a few bad eggs

Don't mind them. If there are fake doctors, all doctors are the same? Jesus christ and paul the Apostle Prophesied that these things will happen. Instead of people to study the Bible, live a holy life and allow the holy spirit to lead them to the right churches; no, they will be living in sin. When problem comes they will start looking for Miracle and start looking for God in wrong places and later come back to complain.

I hope you have genuine evidence you can tender in a law court in case you got served. Thread with caution

As Catholics, we have been enjoying our religion solemnly and peacefully with our way of worship. Now Pentecostal have come and messed up everything.

Now what the average Christian can think about is to go looking for miracle and prophecy, where the pastor will shout "I prophesize" and they will respond "I receive".

That's now the basis of how to know a true MOG in their own myopic understanding.

Now in this country, Christianity is all messed up. No one goes to church to look for a true relationship with God, all they want is miracle and prophecy.

My dad too died of this ignorance.

Someone that doesn't go to church but of all a sudden one man that called himself ojemgbeojele deceived them and he died after the man has collected money from my auntie for healing.

Christianity has always been a scam.

Jesus in the bible told his followers that with faith they can move mountains. How many of those useless bastards who call themselves pastors have ever visited a hospital to heal real sick people, all they do is line up actors on their stage and the dumb followers swallow it all without any questioning thought.
