Several hundreds of people actually said the child resembles Bassey... This is relatively a non-issue, and certainly not the issue here.

These ones specifically went beyond mere speculating and trolling.

They actually claimed that Mercy Chinwo and Nathaniel Bassey had an affair, disguising it as "Musical Collaboration" and studio sessions... That the affair produced that child.

One of them actually accused Mercy Chinwo of trying to pass on Bassey's child to her husband.
