After scoring a paltry 38 goals in 38 matches last season, we have scored 53 goals in just 29 games this season. But look at the defence... Just look at it. Conceded 47 goals after 38 games last season, which is woeful for a "big 6" club. What do we have this season? We have conceded 50 goals currently. There are still 9 games to go!

If the defence improved on the figures of last season the way attack improved, there is no damn way we will be in the position we are right now. No way!

Airmark specifically said our attack is shyte. In his words, "fix the attack. Period." Since he made that comment, the attack have been scoring 2 or more goals consistently... Last night the attack scored 4. So logically, the attack have been fixed. Why are we still lamenting here every match day after attack have done their job?

Okay, last night, attack did their job in 20 mins but defence was hell bent on making us cry as usual. But the same attack still bailed us out. So how did airmark win when the attack he is criticising scored 4 goals?

Your abilities are your abilities. Whether you are able to execute those abilities in big game situations or you choke is another debate, but it does not mean you never had those abilities.

An example is Henry underperforming a lot in finals but Drogba becomes Azor Ahai at least in club finals. It does not however change their specific qualities.

Saka on the eye test makes intelligent decisions, has good technique, and good speed/acceleration. If you watched him and saw NOTHING, then we will have to agree to disagree.

It's only world class players that I'll expect this from consistently and like I said earlier, I don't believe Saka have reached that stage yet. But he's a top player and Arsenal as a team fvcked up but expecting only Saka as if he's one Salah or Kdb, I won't do that.

But even at that, I can still call games he really shone. Big games. Liverpool and Man u, both at Emirates, Saka stood up. If you've forgotten, me as an arsenal fan won't forget.

Even the world cup against France, he was the standout player. In fact, England loosened their grip on France as he was subbed.

If you watch Saka in the past 3 seasons and you don't see the hype but you feel Palmer of this season is better than Saka overall, then I don't know what to say.
