Please , is anyone from this wonderful community able to advise me on the correctness of my choice to go for 6 units of 625W panels , 80A MPPT controller and to be connected in 3S 2P? My inverter is 4.2KVa 48V system. Thank you in advance |

Hybrid600: For current, max is 60A For VoC, max is around 170v. Combinations of series and parallel can keep you within the limit |

Alagbarasunny: Baba, is there any opportunity to key into your dealership privilege... ...I am looking to want buy 4 units of 435w panels soon for a personal project |
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Dam5reey1(m): 5:39pm On Apr 05 |
Alagbarasunny: What's the specifications sheet of the 80A controller? That's what will determine if it's 2s3p or 3s2p. 6 units is only 3750W, it's your usage that will determine if it's too much.. but this is minimum you should start with.. 1 Like |

Hybrid600: Get 60kw of PV and 120kwh of batteries. Then you are good to go. |
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by mctfopt: 6:25pm On Apr 05 |
Alagbarasunny: Buy as much PVs as you can without going into debt. Get a 120A charge controller for ease of future expansion. Thank you 1 Like |

adrusa: Hello @adrusa, Please assist me with how you were able to connect your Felicity CC to MPP solar's MPPTracker and read the stats. i would appreciate if you could explain how you achieved this. i am looking for a way to get data off my Felicity Charge controller and may considering selling off my felicity inverter cuz i cant get data off their ports or even find a device that can connect to it. |

Good evening all. Under utility charging mode of my inverter, it shows AC maximum charging current of 60A. Should I leave it at 60A or reduce it to 20A (dats what I saw online) while the maximum solar charging current is showing 80A, should I set this to 80A as well? I am using two 220ah tubular batteries

Dam5reey:I will always remember you in my prayers for your words of enlightenment. Please which MPPT charge controller can you recommend that is affordable for a student and will get the job done rated at least 2000W at 24V so I can get two of those and use each for my set of connections(old and new) I anticipate your response sir….Thank you🙏 |

Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by erico2k2(m): 9:56am On Apr 06 |
Solarenergyhub:you will soon notice that on digital platform, people who want stuff like what you are providing do not waste time to do phone calls, as you quoted the KW/h you claim you sell, you should have added the price as well to each power grade, most of us already know what KWh and KVAs we need, so if you are the direct seller, put your prices including installation cost. and update it when it varies up or down. No disrespect meant. 7 Likes |

Please Help 🙏🙏 I have two brand new 200 watts panel connected in parallel, both panels have a maximum power current of 11 amp. But when i connect it to my pwm 60A charge controller, they both produce around 5-7 amps total instead of 22A. What could be the problem? 1 Like 1 Share |
