Ajoself: There is absolutely nothing to be worried about previous denial. Declaring it doesn't affect fate of your Canada application except you committed a crime there which will be found out anyway whether you declared it or not. So best you declare it especially on that immigration form. Be silent about it in your SOP 1 Like |

Showpizzle:You didn't state who your sponsor is to you. If it's sibling, birth certificates of both of you, then your parents NIN if possible, then pictures of both of you together, evidence of communication between both of you when she showed concern to your welfare, evidence of previous commitments to your welfare, could be transfer receipts, bank statements highlighting when he/she previously supported you financially etc. But you must establish the link btw both of you. If it's spouse, marriage certificate. If it's your inlaw, you show birth certificate between you and that your sibling then the marriage certificate with your sibling and his or her partner. If it's material uncle, you show your mum birth certificate and your uncle birth certificate to show they are siblings. Possibly do change of name affidavit for your mum to show her median name share same name with your uncle etc. In all of this, you have to convince why such sponsor must part away with millions of naira to sponsor your education no matter how financially capable they are. Hope this has been helpful |

NicoleThelma: If these were your own money in those system then you could have a chance depending on the visa officer. However, since it's in your sponsor acct, I doubt this will fly. Your sponsor doesn't even have guaranteed unhindered access to the funds let alone you the applicant 2. Getting PR is not really by luck, you have to be intentional about it with proper planning all depends on the program you are going for and the pathway you want to follow. Luck can only fall in place if probably maybe a new policy is made that favors you at that time 2 Likes |

Hello Mr. Please when did you get your PAL. I am May intake and I have already gotten my admission letter since January but no PAL yet. I have sent email to the school but no reply. Please what do you suggest I should do .? We are tight with timing as the school is planned to resume in May. May is the last term she has, as the admission was given to her one year ago. I plan to guide her in applying, as she will be getting a bankstatement from her Uncle. was wondering what the best balance that should be in the account.[/quote] |

ColdHunter:30million at best is 30,600 using today's rate. Living expenses for you and your hubby is 25,691. 5k to cover for Miscellaneous expenses. That's the 30k exhausted. So the 30million will not be sufficient. If you have external sponsor apart from you and your hubby then 35million in total shud be fine. If not, target 40million. Mind you all estimations were done using today's rate |

ColdHunter:Using Oanda's rate, yes it is. Its 5k extra from what you need.

Hi everyone, My husband and I intends to sponsor my brother in-law. I need suggestions on how to explain the funds below, specifically the 12 million Naira. Please kindly read the gist below: 1) I transferred a total of 12 million to his account. This money was transferred in bits of 1 million from December and I transferred it from my brother’s account cos at that time, I had issues with my account. The intention was to leave the money for 6 months and print his statement. He earns 75,000 Naira as salary. When naira started depreciating earlier this year, I told him to send back the money to me. I advised him to open dom account. So I transferred equivalent of the 12 million into his dom account. We later transferred additional money to the dom account to complete his living expenses. So he has 22,000 cad in his dom account right now. 2) His tuition is 17k cad, we intend to pay 12,500 cad for his tuition. 3) We will provide accommodation for him 4) We will provide statement of account worth X4 of his tuition, our employment letter, and pay slip My question is: For the 12 million naira we moved back and forth, should we say he saved it from his salary and converted to dollar due to naira depreciation and print his one month statement to show that transaction? Besides, his account is not that busy. Or should we just say we are sponsoring him 100% since all the money in the dom account was deposited by us. He is 30 years old if that helps. And sorry for the long post. 1 Like |

victorygiven: You mustn't get it in lagos, You must do capturing, I did mine in PHC police HQ at 50k, although I know them just wan collect money. It's possible to also do online and pay but you must go for capturing which indirectly they will still collect their money, so better go their station and just pay for everything and get it. |
