Good morning all. Please has anyone make tuition payment with CONVERA global pay? I am trying to make payment with my naira debit card so want to know if it's possible. Thanks |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by TradeSunMoore: 8:31am On Apr 11 |
Wonder1844:You cannot pay with naira debit card. If you have the right documentation and time is on your hand you can approach your bank and fill form A. Otherwise you buy USD from parallel market deposit into your dom account and your bank transfer to school via convera using details on the invoice |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Wonder1844(m): 8:35am On Apr 11 |
But form A is buying USD with CBN which is now almost the same with black market. Thank you for the info , I was thinking I can pay thru CONVERA directly. TradeSunMoore: |

JMG12: Hello house @JMG12, @Zubi I have like $8K that I deposited in my dom account in 2022, if I print my 6 months statement of account, that amount won't show, and my statement of account will just be blank because it's been long I deposited in the account. Should I forward a LOE for the lump sum done I long time ago should I just print and attach it like that. |

Wonder1844: Hello Wonder1844, It is possible. Flywire, PayMyTuition, and Convera allow students to pay tuition in naira via bank transfer, mobile app, or card payment. Before you proceed, check your LOA to see the financial institution partnering with your DLI for tuition collection. Best Wishes! |

For those already in Canada and with a valid study permit or who want to extend doesn't need PAL, PAL is to put a CAP in international student entry Canada. It affect new applicants Shukusheka: |

Printing the SOA for the dom acct without any physical cash showing won't fly, you can try to deposit on the account and print a statement Putin007: |

hello everyone, COPR for me and my wife shows expiry date of march next year, but my wife's medical expires on May 22. What does this mean? does this mean we can land after may 22 this year? as long as it is before the COPR expires? |

Is Fleming college a good school to apply to Fleming college and Novia Scotia community college, which is a better school to apply to. Any idea? |

Flint029: Each College/University has their refund policy, so check the one you are interested in to know what theirs is. Most will refund when you have been refused a visa but they will deduct administrative charges. |

Hello please we need advice on the way forward, my brother application was withdrawn because he didn't include PAL. He didn't because he applied for a Master degree program in public policy and admin at Adler University Vancouver. Why could such happen even though IRCC clearly stated the master's and doctoral degree applications do not require a PAL? 1 Like |

davizfx: I suspect the applicant selected wrong information at the study level option . The applicant is supposed to select "university Masters" when filling out the the IRCC form ...if it's new portal that was used |
