huptin: This is one of the biggest problems with Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government. Most juicy and well-paying agencies and parastatals are filled with children of politicians and affluent people in society. They just go to work every day and mostly do nothing. The future of these organisations is at stake because these categories of staff have no motivation to work. 1 Like |
