And the public criticism was the solution?

You have a problem with Garnacho liking posts but you don't see any issues with the manager throwing our players under the bus?

The same Garnacho that has bailed ETH out this season?

Is Garnacho even supposed to be playing as many games?

Instead of Moaning like a fat bîtch, ETH should just be starting his Antony jeje abeg

Even Anthony dey vex for the bald man 😺

Garnacho only had a Friday training session..Boy didn't train all week because of illness and ETH still started him..

For Mainoo and Casemiro, we have Amrabat and Mount fit ffs, why's he not trying any of the two..

ETH squad management is extremely poor..
I am quite sure if you go back to last season, you go see where some of us talk am. I don't need a manager to be here for more than a year to decide if we are heading in the right direction...

If the fa cup final is another Manchester derby there's no way we are winning
The only way is to hope Chelsea somehow beat city
And that's if we can even find a way past Coventry given how poor we are right now 🤡

I have never seen a manager as clueless as ZeroHag in charge of Manchester United before. Apologies to OGS, coz he is evidently better than the overhyped Pep -2.0.

All I want is him to fûck off the club at end of season. Modafcker has made me lose interest in the club this season.

Expect Bruno Fernandes and his brothers to do an oriyomi win vs Coventry on Sunday. ETH will do the same rubbish setup, open up the game unnecessarily and give United a scary win.

Then they’ll go to the final and lose via poor mistakes. It’s written in the skies.

you will always complain about any manager that comes. Maybe the board should ask you to personally pick a manager. Then, you will stop being a perennial complainant. How long was Fergie here before he could solidify his stay to guarantee success?

But he had to.

They could have really been 6-0 ahead of they were clinical in the first half..
That wing was very open..

Let's stop defending players..

If he wasn't fit he wouldn't play.
If he said he wasn't up to speed .he wouldn't play..
They'll never understand. It's the same every single time. Reason these players act the way they do.

If they didn't think the fans will indulge such stupid behavior why would Sancho make that foolish post the other day. Why would Garnacho like those posts he liked just after that match? Why would Amad make posts that looks like he's making subliminal digs?
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by ChristoBam: 2:10pm On Apr 15
Was Ten Hag's comments about Garnacho a little harsh? Probably? But every manager make such mistakes once in a while. But at United, once the manager is struggling, these ones will go straight to social media to express opinions. And fans will lick it up as long as it's their faves.

That foolish Amad has been subtly acting like a brat on social media for sometime now. He just never makes it obvious.

Only reason I fear this 'coaching role' thing at United. Player power will move to a whole new level.

Very annoying stuff tbh.

They don't know what they're encouraging is a situation the manager walks into the press conference scared to say anything that might get linked negatively to any player. Player power pro max.

How many people here paid attention to what was even said before Garnacho foolishly liked those tweets.

this shows that you don't have a functional thought process. You will support whoever is coming, then go on to disprove of such if things go south.

Its so easy to sit on a chair and brandish solutions to problems that you are not adept at solving. The last time we discussed this was when OLe left. Ragnick came and you were all over place with optimism until the reality of the situation dawned and you embarked on a crying session.

TEN HAGG came and your optimism level rose, all for it to go south again when the reality of the situation dawned again.

For how long are you going to toe this line of increased-optimism-turned-crying?

Let me tell you what you should just know. Eras come to an end. And it takes a while for a once glorious club to reach its peak again, especially when competition becomes intensified.

The glory years of Liverpool came and gone. The club is trying to bring it back, not successful yet.

The glory years of arsenal as a contending force (under Arsene) came and gone, the club is still trying to replicate such, and it might come soon.

The glory years of Chelsea came with Abrahamovich/Jose. Right now, the club is a shadow of what it used to be.

The glory years of Manchester United came with fergie and ended with him. We are trying all possibilities to get it back, which would not be easy too.

We are in the glory years of Manchester city/Guardiola. It will not last forever, but it will take its rightful course.

No matter how hard we try, there is a high possibility that arsenal will win the epl before manutd in the event of Mancity's eventual decline.

But you may not accept all these because you have been used to seeing winning trophies as an exclusive right of Manchester United. It is not.

Any world class manager with a sense of pride will run away from managerial role in Manchester United because they know it is a hot seat that can put a blemish on their rich managerial profile. To assemble an unbeatable team ( right manager and right players simultaneously) is not a matter of one or two seasons.

If you are blessed with a manager with a proven record and such is not performing in two seasons, calling for his head will only amount to starting all over again. Reflect back on the early seasons of Jurgen klopp finishing in mid table. There are many more indices that can be used to understand the present predicament of the club, not just focusing on the managerial roles alone.

@lekkie073 how long do you think is enough to wait and see us play a good game considering we're not stuck in 1990 and can't be making reference to that era? Every other team is moving and moving fast, so how long? Remember we're not even talking about winning trophies or contesting for trophies, like just have a good game consistently.

arsenal seems to be playing good football and getting results now. How long did they wait to get to where they are.

For close to 30 years, a once dominant force (Liverpool) was in the abyss of mediocrity. Even as at now, they are yet to beat their chest to say they have arrived.

If mancity should continue with their spending and Guardiola continues getting his like-for-like replacements, then it's gonna being ride for manutd because we are not even ready to compete. For now, only Liverpool and arsenal seems to have the stability needed to compete with mancity

So looking at how Arsenal, City, LFC and co started under this their current coaches, how long do you think is okay to endure rubbish? I hope you won't reference 30 years ago again o.

Just one or two years under a good structure is what most of us are even asking for.

It's not even difficult but most just want that new excitement that comes with getting a new manager.

Good football.... What is good football? grin

Is it possession football?
Is it counter attacking football?
Is it gengen pressing?
Is it tikitaka?
Is it transition football?

Football on the field depends on either the club's footballing philosophy or the manager's football philosophy.

Inter Milan has been more consistent over the years in the Italian league. I don't know if they play good football or not. But at least, they have been consistent.

The early days of Jose in Chelsea, with the likes of Essien, Makelele, Obi, Lampard. They played a kind of football, I don't know if it can be called good football but I bet Chelsea fans enjoy watching the team week-in week-out.

Good football, just like beauty, is in the eyes of the beholder.

I don't know what you refer to as good football but I know that Consistency with a particular football philosophy is what brings glory and success.

Do you think the manager is not a part of this structure and helpless?

Sorry ignore good football. Let's use your own which is consistency with a particular football philosophy. Going into next season, what's the particular football philosophy at Old Trafford?
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by ChristoBam: 5:30pm On Apr 15
How can anyone watch Ten Hag at Ajax, know his history, his style of play prior to coming to United and then believe this man loves the football on display week in week out.

Y'all were literally calling him Ole pro max cuz we first started out playing really defensive with counter attacks then switch things up recently to real chaos. Isn't it obvious he's just tryng to get through this shit of an unlucky season?

This man deserves time under this new structure. Deserves time to build with a team that's not totally riddled with injuries. Deserves time to build without any distractions from Ronaldo to Greenwood to Sancho to Club takeover. All in less then 2 years. United job is a nightmare tbh.

Let's be realistic. We've still got things to fight for this season. We'll play the best way we probably can to get us across the line. Season's been all about survival for a while now.

How's the manager a part of this shit structure we've had for more than 10 years now?

This questions can only be answered by those at the helms bro. How do you expect me to provide answer to this.

However, consistency is only possible when players have a perfect understanding of what the manager wants to achieve and they strive towards this objective. But while doing this, they may or may not get the desired results. The consequence of this is 'pressure on the manager'.

In my own opinion, manager is not the club's major problem. Team cohesion is more important and this can only be achieved when players have better understanding of themsleves on the pitch.

No matter how good Mainoo is, if there is no proper understanding between him, Casemiro and Fernandes, we will continue to see disjointed movements. The same goes for Garnacho, Hojlund and whoever makes the attack line.

This also goes for the defence set up.

Invariably, a team becomes better when the individual players play as a unit, not as individuals. Our players are yet to really play as a unit, probably because there is a lack of understanding amongst them

This your faith in Ten Hag is really strong. I don't have that faith anymore, if they sack him I won't miss him.

Having said that, he still has a year left in his contract, INEOS might let him stay. According to Ornstein it's still undecided. Looking forward to the massive clear out in the summer.

FIRST SET
Martial
Varane
Casemiro
Eriksen
Sancho
Amrabat
DVB

2ND SET
Rashford
Mctominay
AWB
Maguire
Shaw.

One thing I'm sure of is the cycle will continue if Ten Hag gets sacked. The new manager will come in and check out these players. And most of them will over perform again. I don't care how stubborn the manager is, you'll be fooled. You won't see Rashford banging in goals and say you want him gone. Shaw will look like prime Roberto Carlos again.

The only person they can't fool is Ten Hag. He's seen them over 2 years.
