Hello house, Please this is URGENT, IRCC requested an additional document and the instruction was to use IRCC secure account to send the document. There’s no placeholder where to attach document when you login via GCkey. Is webform the secure account refered to or how do we upload this additional document based on the instruction given? |

Including your tax clearance certificate could indeed be beneficial especially if you're submitting a registered business profile. It demonstrates financial stability and transparency, which can positively influence the visa officer's assessment of your application. Wonder1844: 1 Like |

Hi everyone, I recently sold a property in Nigeria, and looking to use that as a sponsorship for my sibling. I’m currently in Canada, I have drafted a sponsorship letter, Nigerian bank statement, my birth certificate and international passport. Since I’m not using my bank statement in Canada or anything in here only the investment in Nigeria do I need to provide my Canadian drivers license and Work ID? Thanks |

lowsugar: Hello Lowsugar, You don't need to download the app. Check your admission letter to follow the payment link there provided by your DLI. It will take you directly to the financial institution website your DLI is partnering with to make the payment. Best Wishes! 1 Like |

OTSAMUEL: Hello OTSAMUEL, Such an amount is sufficient for a father-sponsored application. There is no rule against using funds from a property sale for sponsorship as long as enough proof is included to justify the lump sum. Best Wishes! |

Ihangha123: Hello Ihangha123, Unlike colleges, most universities have two-session intake and others just one depending on the course. One month to secure a university admission may not be realistic. A course-based admission could be between 2 - 4 months whilst thesis-based could be 4 - 6 months. The deadline for September 2024 intake in some universities has elapsed. However, you can check the University of British Columbia, Memorial University, Thompson Rivers University, etc. Best Wishes! |

Oluwaloniglory7: Hello Oluwaloniglory7, The province of NB supports some private colleges like Oxford International College and Eastern College for the NB-PNP due to the colleges' ineligibility to offer the PGWP to international graduates. Graduates are usually advised to apply 90 days prior to study completion or securing a job offer letter. Best Wishes! |
