Evening folks, so Powell gave a hawkish speech this evening by 6pm, reiterating the need to keep rates higher for longer due to sticky inflation as the Fed admits that they aren't making progress on inflation and the US labour market still remains robust, so the may likely hold rates as long as they need to which is bad news for stock indices but gold seems to be well supported by geopolitical tensions and central banks buying.
