donforeign: Because there was evidence!! And there is evidence of Cubana commiting the same crime so why was one jailed without an option of fine and the other granted bail?? |

Reality3080: Am a yoruba, I was sad to see bobrisky going to prison,at the same time,I love my country and respect it's law,the case may be the same but it depends on how the lawyer present and defend the case, the fault is from bobrisky's incompetent lawyer, even if bobrisky pleaded guilty, a good lawyer will make sure that he go away with warning and fine. |

phoneport: Bail is not judgement, he has right to bail because his offence is a bailable offence but judgement will come, then we will understand what is really going on. |

FreeStuffsNG:If EFCC wan show am bad belle, na to deny am plea bargain he's looking for, tell the judge on judgement day that he wasted the courts time because I'm certain he will lose and the judge go vex give am maximum sentence without option of fine. |

…if u still think we are equal in this country called Nigeria, then u are on a very long thing. Make nobody deceive u with the quote that “nobody is above the law”. Because in Nigeria, clearly, the rich is above the law. Class struggles will forever continue. Reasons why the rich and political class keep creating huge disparity between the poor and the rich. I gave up on this country long ago. Just strive to make money and be rich. Else, otilo. |

sonofsteven: Which evidence? What I saw there has a similar greenish colour like Zimbabwe dollars. Let EFCC produce the actual money he sprayed with serial number. He will drag them for months, so that even if they finally give me 6 months, it will be useless as his prison time counting from the day they charged him to court. |

RickyJesus:this is a criminal trial where the judge must be double sure before entering judgement against the accused. EFCC obviously have only video evidence. Any testimony that doesn't provide physical evidence of the note sprayed will not be taken seriously. 2 Likes |
