Most smokers in Nigeria do that in there house or base, all the countries mentioned up there, there people smoke in the street at work even outside their place of worship.

The North Africans smoke a lot, it's one thing with them, Tea (Shai), coffee and cigarettes are just a thing with them ..... .From my experience in North Africa, I believe the numero uno ought to be Egypt cool cool cool cool
