[quote author=Donaldoni post=129601824]This is good news for piiiigggs But Nigeria will overcome!!! Local production of PMS will end this nonsense once and for all. [/quote} If the Nigerian govt will borrow their brain sense to do so.. Everything is tied around fuel, production and exportation. Once these are tackled properly, then Naira can breathe. Get the four refineries working. Not just depending on Dangote refinery.. Or better still allow for modular refineries..by giving out licence to operate modular refinery. Tackle insecurity, so farmers can go to their farms....Then you will see the country doing fine. Nobody hates Nigeria, I want a better Nigeria. However, you cannot be rubbing Nigeria with cosmetics and expect it to last. The cosmetics will wash off someday....This is what has been happening with CBN intervention in forex sector. Anyway, they are doing their duty- Monetary policies. It does not work alone if the fiscal policy is lagging. I pray Nigeria gets better. Those who always refer to PO always in issues that has nothing to do with him....should be objective for once. Na PO be the president? 1 Like 1 Share |

AqualinaXYZ: Yes o. As someone who earns in dollars, I'm very happy with this current situation because since price of goods no gree come down, then make naira just go back to its previous position of 1900 or even 2k per dollar. My earnings just reduced since the price dropped from 1900 to 1100, but I'm still buying goods in the market for the same price as when dollar was 1900, this country no go kill me 3 Likes |

theredaddy:You people should stop this narrative that some people doesn't want the good of the country or want the country to fall. No reasonable person will want the downfall of his country but when those in authority doesn't show sign of good governance and what is on ground does not commensurate with the resources expended while the citizens still wallowing in poverty and you expect such citizen to keep shut just because somebody or a tribe is the president. It doesn't make sense at all. Truth must be lay bare, our leaders are not getting things right and instead of us to put our voices together and spun them to work, we are fighting ourselves and cursing same time. Remember causeless curse shall not stand says the bible. You guys just want to keep everyone to submission at all costs. This is a democracy, everyone has his right to opinion and they are at liberty to express it. Why should people expression of opinion be your infinite headache? 13 Likes 1 Share |

StOla: Let me tell you man, as much as I personally wish that Nigeria will be good, we can't pretend this govt is completely clueless. This same govt is defending the naira with our FX reserves and some useful iddiiotts are hailing them. The way naira will balloon to #2k/$ will be shocking. Until Nigeria begins to produce and actually export, naira will not realistically strengthen. When Tinubu abd co finish their abracadabra economics, we go know how far 6 Likes 1 Share |

Beverlyjean: Businessmen around the world bet against currency irrespective of the country. I have worked on FX desk in an international bank across US and EU people bet against the dollars or euros depending on what was going on in the market then. Yes it is not about prayer it is about business interest. Stop being emotional and put on your thinking cap when dealing with issues. Our biggest problem as a people is that Nigerians are too emotional and they allow emotions to get in their way of thinking. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

IfnobeGod20: Mr man, going into heavy production is not a tea party or something done within days but take years na.apply common sense.even obi couldn't turn anambra into a production hub.it is a long term project.but while you gradually turn to production, you must in the short term use some drastic measures just as the cbn is doing until you are ready to produce and export massively.please apply common sense |

theredaddy: All I can read in your post is nothing but horse shit. You could have stayed on topic and explained what the issues are and leave it at that. Of course your day can't be complete without you making senseless comment. Can you tell us where you got the fact (through sample survey or census) that the "whole tribe want military to take over or Nigeria should fail at all cost.... "?
