He is an Idiot. I have been saying for months that he needs to be playing Chukwuemeka alongside Palmer for a long time. This is the most similar player to Palmer in terms of link play. And I bet you, based on what I have seen, Carney probably gives us easily half of Palmer's productivity. Carney would have developed serious consistency to step up in the absence of Palmer.

I doubt it, if Jackson can play as a winger because he doesn't look like someone that can run the length of that field to push attack and support defence, constantly. Loan him out and get another natural backup finisher.
