I heard 47 oooo, being that the town is close to the border, traveling with a bag of rice around here is a big offense, though people run it, but not your regular form of transportation

Propaganda may make you win elections but will not sustain the economy, that is where technocrats come in.The price of rice is always cheaper on Nairaland and on twitter, all thanks to paid propagandists.

There's no real rice in the market again. The parboiled Thailand rice we used to call "aroso" in the West no longer exists.

All these useless rice you see now, if you don't monitor it on the stove, you'll get mashed "tuwo shinkafa".

I would be willing to pay for the proper rice; it only costs ₦200 or so more than these atrocious rice we see per measure we call "Kongo" in Ibadan here. But for the last 2 months I've been unable to find.

Anyone with info could chime in pls

The real enemies of Nigeria are those who frustrated President Jonathan out of office when a bag of rice was sold for 8k and dollar was N216.
Now they expect us to celebrate and roll out the drums now that a bag of rice is sold for 70k and dollar is 1,300
