That' someone is a professor doesn't necessarily mean they have sense or know it all. When Bello refused to honour EFCC's invitation, what was he thinking?

To this yeye professor, it is okay for the EFCC to share mugshots of Yahoo boys under investigation, but it's not okay for the same commission to grant a press conference explaining what Bello did.

Anyone who knows how the laws ought to work will understand that the press conference was really unnecessary, the EFCC chairman had by the action shown his prejudices are outrightly against Yahaya Bello and that he can never get a fair hearing/prosecution from the EFCC even though we all know he is a thieving polithiefcians.....in saner climes, the EFCC chairman could be asked to recuse himself from the investigation and prosecution of Yahaya Bello or outrightly forced to resign due to his perceived bias against the ex-governor undecided undecided undecided

Re: Bello: Nwoke Friday Chijioke Criticizes EFCC Chairman, Olukoyede by BigkokoRep: 12:57pm On Apr 25
It's so childish and reeks of vendetta which Bigkoko earlier unearthed!

The Aso Rock visit was part of a grand Plan to coerce Bello into the Swaga 27 team. But upon reaching home, Bello had a change of mind and decided not to go ahead with the plan. He remembered how El Rufai was treated and used his tongue to count his teeth!

Olukayode should stop be childish with his Efcc job! Bello is not the only suspect, ganduje is also there. Olukayode should use same energy on ganduje and others!

As for Bello, he's not called a lion for nothing, both juju ohhh and other underground tactics go follow. No be ebira boy again?

Only in Nigeria they look for evidences after making arrest. Very useless and unintelegence approach. In the Western world the moment police or any law enforcement come knocking at ur door u don cast be dat.

Typical of EFCC, all noise, no action.

And they expect Nigerians to be the ones to arrest Yahaya Bello.

That's EFCC's usual style. They engaged in media trial because that is the only thing they appear to have. A camel will pass through the eye of a needle before EFCC can secure conviction of politicians in Nigeria. Akpabio, Uzor Kalu etc are all working as freely and "making laws". Fayose, Obiano are just few of the arrests where EFCC in their characteristic manner conducted media trial but at the end of the day no conviction. Finished people

They are unable to secure the conviction of people you mentioned, largely because of corruption among the judges and also, the connections the person has in the corridor of power.

Ekeremadu case, if it's EFCC that tendered the same exhibits that UK lawyers presented, our judges would still blame EFCC and released ekeremadu.

The 2 ex governors that efcc finally convicted, didn't Nigeria president release them?

Forget the name, these guys in power are connected to certain people, so when certain decisions go against them they don't mind reminding you of previous nice gestures that you haven't returned, so it's time to use your office to talk them out of trouble.... There's something unique about Yorubas (not all though), make noise and no action. EFCC chairman should walk the talk, na so the young man started then and we were hailing him......Oga EFCC chairman do NOT bring the name of the church to disrepute o, do your work with utmost transparency but sadly Nigeria is one of muddiest waters to navigate as a christian leader. You need God's wisdom not I Sabi do am o.......My worry is: how I stole fridge from someone and I call in a pastor to help me arrest everyone that stole the fruits in the fridge. But GOD IS GOD he has a way of doing his things, so I'll rather keep quiet.

Nigerian lawyers and big men are all blaming the efcc man, non of them blame the thieve that have stolen billions of naira from poor Kogi people. We all can see the conspiracy of our elite, because nearly all of them are stealing our common wealth resources. But one thing is sure truth will always prevail. Mr. Chairman, continue your good works, Nigerian masses are solidly behind you and above all God is also behind you.

Because the actors are clueless. They want to invite him for question or interrogation when they can easily use the document available at there disposal to verify it's claim with banks and other concern institutions.

It's a black man thing sha. Always making noise and display of force

Okponu.
In the US even before some accused are charged to court, prosecutors go in camera to lay down the charges and evidence they have.
This is someone that refused arrest, shielded by the governor and paid touts and is being called out by the EFCC chairman who went on to lay the extent he went to make this man honour EFCC summons.
In US,even the attorney general and president would have publicly commented and denounced what Bello and Idodo did.
Assuming it was during OBJ's time I am pretty sure Idodo would be running helter skelter looking for who to beg on his behalf to stop his almost certain impeachment by the state assembly.
But that error of a grossly, incompetent and monumentally corrupt Buffon,Buhari started this level of impunity by goverment officials and bigwigs and now it's now a comedy of impunity

We like it like that

All high profile corruption cases without media trial always die quietly without anything to show for it.
We are well informed now on this one and we shall see how possible it is to sweep it under the carpet

I don't think any govt would be useless like Asiwaju own? Same Bello visited Asiwaju and walked away free.....use your tongue count your teeth. Bello walked away from. What he was asked to do! And what he's asked to do is related to 2027.....

No body weight reach for Kogi State at the moment except Bello.
