Nigerian youths are now celebrating mediocrity because of tribalism. They now celebrate thiefs and crooks just to pepper the other tribe. Buhari was very right by calling them lazy youths. You are right. Even many that graduated from the university are roaming the streets while a few have been employed by those who went to learn hand work or market.

However, the fact remains that as far back as 1990. Almost all communities in the East had a primary and secondary school.

You can hardly see an Igbo man that can't communicate with you in English or pigin. But many in Yoruba cannot speak English or pigin. That is a clear disparity in basic education in the two region.
